I just ordered 2 boxes of pizza with 14 wings, can you believe they told me it would take an hour because the store short staff. I said that is alright as long as my food arrives. The food gets here, and before I could look at the food to check, the unfriendly delivery man leaves.
I check my order and its wrong. So i call the store back. They tell me there is nothing they can do because they are short staff. It will take an hour for me to get a box of wings!!! so now i would have waited two hours just to get food. I ask to speak with a store manager, can you believe i heard the staff laughing in the background. The person I was speaking with says there is no manager around. I was persistent and kept on asking to speak with someone else.
Finally someone by the name of Robert gets on the phone and claims he is a manager. Robert is not helpful. He refuses to tell me his last name and tells me I can go complain to cooperate, he does not care. He continues to say that there is nothing they can do. So i choose to get my money back, and hopefully he actually refunds my money back on my credit card.
Its so unprofessional for a company as big as this to have such unprofessional, rude and unhelpful staff! Never again will I order from this place. Terrible experience just for them to admit they messed up and make my order right. Instead of them helping, they laugh at me as if this is funny and I am not spending my money....
Read moreLiterally give anywhere else your money. My friends and I came to pick up an order from half an hour ago in the pouring rain outside and all the doors were locked TWO HOURS before close. We banged on them and the staff gave us dirty looks and didn't answer. Once we finally got in and asked for our order, they said it would take ten minutes to make. We told them we ordered half an hour ago and showed them the time stamp on the screenshot of the order confirmation and the manager lied and said a new policy that Dominoes has for new customers is that they can't make the food unless the customer picks up a phone call from them. We showed that none of us received a call and it doesn't make sense because my friend that ordered isn't a new customer. Manager kept lying through his teeth and tried to gaslight us into thinking we received a call but we didn't. That policy also makes no sense considering that most people don't pick up the phone while driving. Why not a text or email confirmation? I am writing this as my two friends and i have been sitting in the cold in this restaurant for the past twenty minutes. having ordered about an hour ago. Corporate needs to check this out....
Read moreI ordered Pizza 2 days ago at like 11:50 pm. If they ran out of some toppings, that ok, just do not accept the order. I ordered one 2-toppings pizza and one cheesey bread and they accepted the order and delivered it. One topping from my pizza was completely missing.(Photo attahced), and filling was from my cheesey bread. I raised a complain and they offered me one "free 2-topping pizza". I wasn't happy bcoz they have messed up my both the items. I raised the issue to dominos customer care and one ticket was generated in the store's name from dominos company. Don't know what happend to that ticket, I did not get time to take follow-up. Today I ordered 1 speciallity pizza and one 2-topping pizza. I have not tried the 2-topping pizza but the speciality pizza have some freshly baked crunchy "rat poops" ( you read it right [photo attached]) here and there (I inspected the entire pizza). Looks like someone is taking a revenge because i compalined. Vomited for 10 min, brushed my teeth for another 10 min. Threw the remaining pizza. This is the last time I am wasting my money on these people. Going to raise this issue to dominos for sure lets see...
