Order through Uber App! I have ordered before and the cakes were good. However, on my recent order the cakes arrived extremely cold, it was very obvious that they came from the fridge.
I tried calling this very morning to exchange the cakes but the explanation given has me very confused. First before allowing me to explain, the person responds by blaming the Uber driver for not having the right temperature in the car because apparently it was 100 yesterday in New Jersey.š
Secondly, as I explained the cakes were not overly warm but cold š„¶, the person then again blames Uber driver that they donāt know when the person is going to pick it up so they put it in the fridge.š It took less than 20 mins for my order to arrive and out of that 5-10 mins for the Uber driver to uplift the order after I placed it. What are you talking about? The cakes felt like they had a dinner date at the northpole!š
You served me stale Bundt cake from your fridge and the least you could have done is exchange the cakes like I asked politely.

And one of the bundlets was for my birthday-no comment from the person about that, just attitude when I changed my mind. I think the ācustomer serviceā factor needs to be bumped up a notch or two in the N bruns store. This is not the first time the visit there was unpleasant. I go back because the cakes are goodācertainly not a return customer because of the service, unfortunately.
I also read several other reviews complaining about customer service at this location. Seems this is a 3-5 year old problem. Itās probably about time to fix it??
