The Ashi, an Ascend Collection Hotel — Hotel in North Brunswick Township

I travel a lot like really a lot… and can say this property is truly 5/5 in every aspect.

Checking in: Elham helped me with checkin and it was smooth and he even went above and beyond to offer help me get my luggage to the room which in my case I didn’t need coz it was just a couple of bags. But he ensured that I am happy with the room to my satisfaction.

Checkout: Greg was very courteous to extend my checkout by couple of hours. He also helped me with the morning coffee right there by the reception. Checkout with him was very smooth and a pleasant experience.

Overall id love to stay here again....

I had a very disappointing experience with this venue. I reached out twice to request pricing information and spent time on the phone answering detailed questions about my wedding plans. I was assured that someone would follow up with me but no one ever did.

For a new establishment, you would expect a greater effort to earn potential business and build a strong reputation. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and communication reflects very poorly on their customer service. It’s truly a shame, I was excited about the space, but this experience made it clear that reliability and professionalism...

Our family recently attended an Aashirbaad Ceremony at this lovely venue. The experience was positively magical. That is thanks to the wonderful staff! They became like family to us and you know who you are! Personable, attentive - they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The Ashi is gorgeously appointed, the rooms were beautiful. Highly, Highly recommend this venue for any upcoming special event or just a truly lovely place to stay. Thank you again, "J", "G" and "E".
