Came here with my siblings for dine-in dinner, my little sister was recommended to come here. We came here blind, not looking up any dish until we got the menu. Interior is empty yet bare minimum & simple. Slight ambience by the Indian music videos on the tv, welcomed by the delicious aroma of the spices being cooked up. Plenty of tables, (I donât think thereâs a bathroom) but there is a sink to wash your hands. The menu displays a lot of vegetarian options, and non-veg options. It does have your standard Indian food that mainstream people go for, but is also wonderful if youâre adventurous for not-recognizable Indian dishes. (I believe theyâre southern Indian based (specifically Punjabi(ian?)). We were given bottled water, mats (to place our plates & eating cutlery on, plates & eating cutlery. First welcomed by Onion Rava Dosa, delicious, the dosa was beautiful on the inside, soft yet crispy. Lightly flavorful, accompanied with three tiny bowls of sauces/gravy. I especially love the red one, cold, spicy & refreshing. White one was cold yet refreshing as well. And regular one was mild & delicious. Absolutely love kerivepaku gobi, super aromatic & flavorful, strong tasting but so delicious. So delightful, soft yet has a bit of a surprising crunch. Onion samosas were simple & nice. Onion Pakoda were delicious, on the saltier seasoning side so be careful of your sodium intake, however, delightful soft crunchy fritters. I was going to order all of the naans but decided to try out chili garlic naan first. Super delicious, spicy & garlic HITS. I love it, it went well especially with Kaju Koyo curry, it disperse the flavor of the curry & helps it so you donât feel tired or sick of the sweetness from the curry. The curry was mild, creamy, savory & sweet, great with rice & naan. Great contrast to the Gongura Kodi, I really loved this, strong flavorings, spiced up, loved the leafy vegetables & boneless chicken pieces. Super delicious with naan & especially on rice. Lastly, our masala tea, it is bitter tasting without the packs of sugar, two packs of sugar will help balance the bitterness, the masala was mild/tamed. They do offer some regular soda beverages from their cooler fridge as well.
I want to say, thank you for the wonderful & delicious food. Also thank you to the person who served us, I was shocked, happy & super impressed at how he was able to remember my order, & my siblingâs orders without writing anything down. I also didnât see a tipping option, I asked & they said thatâs okay, not needed. I gave a five dollar bill anyway for the first time visit. They must pay their employees really well & the pricing of the food justifies if I donât have to tip.
Overall experience, 10/10, would definitely...

Read moreIf you're in the mood for authentic South Indian cuisine, look no further than the Unlimited Dosa Night at Southern Spuce As a lover of dosas, I was excited to try out this restaurant's special event, and I can confidently say that I was not disappointed.
The restaurant itself has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who are more than happy to help you navigate the menu. But on Unlimited Dosa Night, the menu is straightforward â all-you-can-eat dosas of various types, both savory and sweet.
The dosas were served hot and crispy, with a variety of delicious fillings and chutneys to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the mysore masala filling, which was perfectly spiced and flavorful. The coconut chutney and sambar were also delicious, and complemented the dosas perfectly.
One thing I appreciated about the restaurant was that they weren't stingy with the dosas â they kept them coming until we were absolutely stuffed. And despite the unlimited nature of the event, the quality of the dosas remained consistent...
