Arby's — Restaurant in North Carolina

Unfortunately I will no longer be going back to Arby's as they lost a valuable customer today. I had ordered a simple mozzarella stick and onion rings and they didn't give me the mozzarella sticks. However it was 5 minutes until closing so I called them when I got home and told the person the situation. That gentleman was very apologetic and wrote my first and last name down and told me to come back whenever I'm able to so they could make things right! Now that is good customer service. However, when I went back to the store the next day, I went through the drive thru because I was in a hurry and going back was already an inconvenience. After waiting in line for 5 minutes, the drive thru lady told me to come to the window so they could make it right. So I pulled up just for her to tell me I need to come inside. So basically I waited for nothing. Upon entering the store, I was told to wait for the manager...However he was busy. So I then waited for 10 minutes and was basically ignored for that duration of time. When the manager had enough time for me, I proceeded to tell him the situation. I also told him that there is a note with my first and last name on it that the gentleman took last night when I called. The manger said if I don't have a receipt then there is nothing he can do. Even though the staff member from the previous night knew my order was wrong. The manager then continued to ask me questions in an attempt to catch me in a lie...all over mozzarella sticks. I payed for them and now this is such an inconvenience and in addition, the manager is essentially implying that I am lying. The situation was handled poorly as I had to plead my case with other customers standing around. It was an embarrassment and all I wanted was what I had originally payed for. The assistant manager was named Bobby I believe and it was at 12:45p on 6/15/2017. I am extremely upset with how he treated me and his attempts to rectify the situation. On another note, while I waited for that 10 minutes inside the store. I also witnessed him telling an employee that they are not allowed to use the restroom. She asked and he stated that she needs to complete the orders. How can someone deny another person the right to use the restroom? That in itself would have resulted in me never being a customer with this restaurant again. Knowing that management does not allow hard working employees the right to relive themselves when needed. All in all, this was a terrible inconvenience all resulting in a lack of mozzarella sticks. Terrible...

I would go up into space and get all the stars and give it to this place if I could thanks to Brandi. I came to this location and tried to go to the drive-thru but on foot because my motor died and I was really nervous about going through on foot because of how weird I would look not having a car and walking but Brandy heard me talking about how I'll just forget it and go home and make my own sandwich and she goes that's okay I'll go through the drive through with you and she actually came out and walks around the drive through with me so that I didn't have to look like a weirdo walking to the drive through alone. it just made me feel awesome to know that there are still nice people out there who do random acts of kindness but after actually walking through the drive-through with her it was extremely kind and it was extremely appreciated thank you so much again!!!!!!

I have had Arby's many times in my life! But this one takes the cake! Let me tell you what! If you are expecting cold, old French fries that have sat under a heating lamp for hours well you better not eat here because WOW, their fries were so hot, crispy, and fresh it was like they cooked them fresh as I waited patiently in the drive thru for my supper! I believe these fries were cooked with love! Arby's thank you! For giving me exactly what I expect from a restaurant! Great food that hasn't been sitting in a warmer for hours! Thank you for taking the time to cook it fresh! It was the most delightful meal I have had from a fast food...
