Arby's — Restaurant in North Carolina

First experience here was terrible. My son applied online for a job here. He has a disability so I went to the restaurant to talk to a manger to make sure that she was aware that he had a disability. I talk to training manager Destiny who tells me they are definitely hiring but the GM isn’t here but she will be here tomorrow from 7-5. She says bring your son then and the GM (Andrea) will talk to him. We show up the following day and to start off it’s obvious that Andrea doesn’t want to be bothered. I can tell by the look on her face she was expecting a complaint. I explain to her why we are there a d she proceeds to tell me they are not hiring. So it was a very disappointing trip. I have always been a fan of Arby’s but if this is how they run their business, it’s probably best that he doesn’t work there. He got hired at Walmart the same day! Arby’s. Whoever was working the drive-through on June 7 at 8 PM needs to be fired. Personality of a wet blanket. You tell her the order she tells you to pull around like you’re just so annoying her for even being there. Then she tells you with a three sandwich order you need to pull up behind the person in front of you who also was made to pull over and I sat there for 15 minutes for three lousy sandwiches. She just practically throws the bag at you through my car window and stomps off. The restaurant was not busy. It was only me and another car in the line. The number on the sign doesn't match the numbers inside. Had cold fries and instead of a number 11 with mozzarella sticks as a side he tried to give me 11 orders of mozzarella sticks. They either need better training or better microphones. Totally messed up the order and the fries were not good. I called the first time because we were going to sit in the parking lot and eat but I ended up with a sandwich I didn't want and was overcharged for it. But she gave me extra fries like that was making it all ok but I don't like crinkle fries and they got tossed.
