The young man who took our order inside was very polite he had long hair in a ponytail. He realized they were out of cheese sticks after we had already paid and called us up to the counter and stated we may pick something else in place of the cheese sticks as he was unaware they were out. He then told the lady who appeared to be in charge that he wasn't sure how to ring it up. Instead of her showing this young man how to do it she proceeded to raise her voice at him and says " what do you mean, just push the button". The young man explained he had never done that before and he wasn't sure what a "make it right button was". He looked up and apologized In complete embarrassment because the women had just yelled at him infront of patrons in the dining room. Myself and a manager from Publix both looked at each other and stated that was absolutely no way to treat a fellow employee. Even my 13 year old daughter asked me why the lady yelled at him like that. The food was great and I hope this young man with the long hair in a pony tail knows that he did a great job handling our order that day and for not walking out and quitting his job for how he was treated because I could not work for someone who doesn't have...
Read moreSo my husband and I stopped and got an order of bo bites that came with rice and a biscuit..we thought we would give this Bojangles a try since we gave up eating at the Bojangles that is 3 Miles from our home as the food quality became unbearable! Thinking that maybe this Location would maybe be better than ours close to home..It was around 3pm and we went through the drive thru and waited for our order and while waiting noticed their health score was a 96..🤔 after getting our food we noticed our sauces were missing and went back to get them...unfortunately for us the chicken wasn't any better. It was dark and looked like it had been sitting for a bit.It was dry and even the sauce couldn't moisten it up! The rice was mush so we just let that go.The biscuit I do have to say was pretty darn good! Kudos to the biscuit maker! Actually that's why I gave it 2 stars! Our dogs were traveling with us so they got the BoBites so I can't leave a review for them! Unfortunately I think that this is my last time at Bojangles..just can't see giving my money away for...
Read moreCompared to other Bojangles, including the ones in my home town of Kinston, this is the worst by far. When I've ordered the ham biscuits, the ham is razor thin. Once when I ordered a ham biscuit to go, I ordered double ham but didn't get it even though I paid extra for it. I have been in there more than once when only one person was at the front running the cash register, handling food, and fixing drinks. At this Boj, they haven't had chicken available the last hour before closing!!! Also, this one does not offer Cheddar Bo biscuits, cinnamon pecan twists, or Dr. Pepper ... AND their prices are higher than the Bojangles in the eastern part of the state. I have stopped ordering wing dinners since their wings are the size of canary wings. When I asked them about it, they said that batch was just small. However, I've been back other times and continued to see "canary" wings. There are other instances of disappointment , but I won't labor on. This Bojangles is just not up to par with other Bojangles...
