Cinnabon — Restaurant in North Carolina

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went in to purchase the 6 Classic Rolls for $24.99, which is clearly listed on their menu board. However, because they were out of the large boxes, I was told they could not honor that price and would instead charge me individually for six rolls, coming out to over $43 for the exact same product.

When I questioned it, I was literally told to either “order something else” because I would not get it at that price so my options was to “go somewhere else” if I wanted that deal. In other words, they had the product, but simply because of a packaging issue, they refused to sell it to me at the advertised price.

That is misleading, unacceptable, and terrible customer service. If you’re going to advertise a set price, you should honor it regardless of packaging availability. Refusing to accommodate a customer and suggesting I pay more for something you could accommodate is not how you retain...

I visited this Cinnabon location about a month ago, after taking a few years away due to quality issues, and the roll was perfect! Went back today, hoping to recreate that experience, and was very disappointed to see the quality had lapsed again. This is by far the most inconsistent Cinnabon location I’ve ever been to. I waited for a fresh baked roll today, and when I got home to eat it, discovered that the inside of the roll was dry. It’s like whoever made this batch decided to skip the butter & cinnamon between the layers, so there’s no ooey gooey center. The layers are also very thin and papery, which is causing the roll to fall apart very easily. Overall a pretty big disappointment when you’re looking forward to eating a nice treat at the end of the day. The saving grace for this location is the customer service. Under new management and you can tell the difference. The packs are actually made daily now and you can tell. The line gets long on weekends and they get really really busy so just prepare for that! I also recommend ordering online with the app for pickup so you can skip that line! But the staff is super friendly and they all work as swiftly as possible! The mocholatta chill is a favorite with either cinnamon roll flavoring or peppermint added!! The classic roll is always fresh and just ask them to toss it in the oven or microwave if you want it hotter...
