Kung Pao Wok — Restaurant in Belmont

My husband and I stopped in the food court for a bite to eat and because he loves this type of food, we decided to eat there. It was against my better judgement because the lady kept stirring the food and was to quick to put the food in our container's. She kept saying, you want some rice, what else you want. But she was making some choices for us. I had to say hold up, wait a minute. I'm saying to myself, I bet this food is dried up and nasty. Needless to say, it was everything I thought it would be. I have never seen my husband though away oriental food and say it was nasty. I wanted to take it back, but he wouldn't let me because he knows I was about to be honest and say, look lady, the food was horrible and I want a refund. I am a kind person, but how can we just walk away and still have to spend money some place else to eat. Because of health issues, my husband needed to eat. With this being said, I don't suggest this resturant, not unless you just want to donate some money. We will never go back....

My husband and I live close to this location and have now attempted to try to eat here three times. The first time it was near closing time and no one was there. We thought, “maybe it was just a slow night so they went ahead and closed for the night.” Attempt two was around six in the afternoon. Again, no one was there. No food was in the pans out front either. This time i got pretty ticked so I called the mall manager. She said they were still open and this restaurant was under new management so it wouldn’t happen again. Fast forward a couple weeks. My husband went to try one last time. Thinking new manager hopefully fixed this. Around six again. They were open this time. But had barely any food in the containers and told my husband they were done making food for the night but he could have some of what was left (for normal cost). That was the last straw. Needless to say, we won’t be wasting our time with this...

OMG! This food is absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop myself from that smell, I ended up ordering the Mongolian Chicken with a side of Rice. That was the best decision I have ever made! The Mongolian Chicken was very sweet and was sooo savory! UGH I LOVED IT!! They had so many drinks and they were put into a fridge so they could be cooled, they had many varieties for the drinks, I didn't know what to get! They also had many other options to choose from. They cook your food fresh so once I got my food it was hot and smelled delicious! I totally recommend this restaurant. I would come here everyday...
