Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in North Carolina

I look forward to getting a shake here every day on weekends and after work. My favorite place to cool down. the ice cream and shakes ect..are Really really good. Especially when the owner is working. He's very nice and good to regular customers. And sadly this one closes on off season months too. But when they open for tourists in summer. I can't wait to get one of his shakes every day after work. prices are very fair, and it's really good quality chocolate,Real strawberries, this place is a definite blessing and must have for this community. We were on vacation this week. Went to DQ last night in hopes to have ourselves a sweet treat. Only to get the shaking of a head when asked if still opened. 5 employees blatantly ignoring a customer standing outside at 10:25pm. We triple checked time of closing was 11pm. Called immediately after leaving to ask employee what their hours were. She replyed "we closed". I then asked what time their operating hours were, young lady answered with "10:30, I think?". I informed her that the website stated 11:00pm. She then rudely hung up on me. Very very disappointed in these young people's work ethic. We will NEVER return to this franchise. 14 years we have been visiting the area and this place has gotten so bad we will never return.

$30 in ice cream and the blizzards were not mixed at all. Had to return to the counter to get more napkins as they were leaking everywhere.

Worst part was having to repeat each order multiple times. Not sure how chocolate sounds like vanilla but we will leave those comments out.

He thought we was slick adding a dollar to the total bill but when questioned he got very nervous!! I'm sure that wasn't the first time he attempted or succeeded scamming a dollar or two on each order.
