Cook Out — Restaurant in North Carolina

I am so extremely dissatisfied with the past few orders I received from this company. The past time the order was totally wrong. Spice flavoring on the fries so I couldn’t eat them. Today I ordered cheese fries, paid for cheese fries and got regular fries. When I checked the receipt to call the Resturant back to my disbelief there’s no number to call. I search the internet and there’s no number listed there. The receipt doesn’t even have prices listed to show what I was charged for. We need restaurants that show patrons that they want our business and if we have an issue we have a remedy. I also live more than five miles away from the restaurant and driving all the way back to the store is just unheard of. Also when looking the restaurant up on Google maps it shows that the restaurant doesn’t have...

They charged us more then the board said. Like I ordered onion rings and it said 1.99 they charged 3.49. They charged more for the tray and if you didn't say tray they charged each individual. Every thing that the board said it was at least 2 or more dollars then it said. The manger said she had been trying to put up the right prices but couldn't get the remote to work that day. Then they should say something.. I asked how long she known about the price change said 2 months. So they have been charging anyone that goes in more then the board was saying. WILL NOT give them my business and will be telling everyone about the experience. Shame on you. Food was not that great for the raise of prices that they didn't let you know about. This cookout is less than 5 minutes up the road from my home, but if I want to cookout, I go to the one across town (about 20 mins away) if that tells you anything. Always wrong always out of everything. Put soft serve ice cream in a cup (still on perfect swirl so not even trying) and said it was a milkshake then they said well I don't know what to tell you we dnt even have milk here. Did not get a refund or what I asked for. Extremely rude. I did try to give the BOD and tried again and just as bad except with the sandwich. No chicken in the chicken sandwich and refused to do anything about it. Contacted customer service, and they also did not even address concern.
