Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

We have no proof that the guy came and delivered our pizza they did not take a picture when they did deliver or say they delivered on top of that. No doorbell either to let the s know so it wouldn't get cold!. I walked out and there was no pizza. I called the store was talking to an employee he said the dude delivered said we had brown porch no cars in the driveway. There are tons of brown porches and some people don't park their cars in the driveway. I said there is no pizza! I said please can I talk to a manager. He kept asking the deliverer more questions while I was on the phone, then he said he was a manager.

Eventually they hung up on me and the general manager called me I did not even know it was him. I answered , eventually I got irritated because he questioned my judgment. He's asking why I'm upset at him. I'm also upset because I didn't know the employees hang up on you and have the general manager call you on another phone.

The general manager should know to train his employees to let the customers know what they're doing or going to do while waiting on General manager. Instead of hanging up on their customers. After we argued about that, he says the pizza was delivered. By now I'm yelling because I'm furious. I said no it wasn't, here I'm outside.

I eventually hung up on him, people have no respect for others and especially what they go through I will never eat an order here again. Yes I shouldn't have hung up that's not respect, but after everyone "Telling me" what happened. I couldn't take that as...

I work in food services and I always do my best to give my customers what they paid/asked for and if I mess up I accept that! I don't get mad I apologize and simply fix the problem. When someone pays extra for something you are supposed to honor that and give them what they wanted. We all make mistakes I get it but if I call and tell you you made a mistake and you're not even willing to look and see what they're talking about.. constantly saying I made it I know it's right is crazy! I offered to send pics of it bc I could not come back . You giving me attitude WHEN YOU MESSED UP MY ORDER IS JUST RIDICULOUS.. just wasted $17 I wish I would've went somewhere else. I only gave one star because I had too. The delivery driver was very rude.. I’m in town visiting my sister so I ordered the kids some pizza well the address was a number off and this made the driver furious.. I’m on crutches so I sent the kids to the door to pay and collect the pizza. The driver takes the tab off the pizza and presses it to the door confronting the kids who are only 9yrs old and 11yrs old going on and on about the address. The kids came to me saying he was being very rude so I got up and went to the door and he persisted to go on and on about the address. I then apologized told him I was from out of town but he still didn’t back down. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or what but people make mistakes and this was a small one.
