I’m a frequent customer. Ordered a big order on a slow Monday, I only live 5 minutes away so I was confused when it took an hour and it usually only takes 20 minutes, but nothing was delivered despite the app saying it was. I called once asking to be put in contact with the driver because it was weird it wasn’t delivered by now, and the driver didn’t call or anything if he was lost. The employee said that the app says it’s “delivered” sometimes even when it’s still on the way, which I’ve never experienced since I live off base. I waited, then called again, and older woman employee said it must have been delivered to the wrong address, and said they would remake it. I asked politely if this time the driver could call me so I could help them find the address because I wanted to make sure it would arrive since I gave them my money already, and it was almost 11pm at this point. She was like “yep” then hung up. Basically if I didn’t get gaslit once and then call a second time I would’ve lost my money, and I also got a rude response. I work service as well and was shocked by their response/no apology/not offering a resolution politely. Read moreHad a wonderful experience with an exemplary staff member by the name of Kaylie. Her vast experience in customer service, and cheery demeanor shone threw during a pick-up order i placed today at the DOMINO'S at 1135 Old Maplehurst rd. Kaylie kept the conversation on track and got me a good deal, she kept the hold to a minimum and generally brightened my day with her attention and Blatant admiration to her job. Once entering the DOMINO'S a man (sorry cant remember his name) asked me, immediately and in a clear tone (over ovens and such noises) if i needed to order, and the staff (another womens name i did not get) helped me, in leaving a tip to Kaylie. The entire experience was amazing and you should appreciate having a staff like the one here, and an exquisite employee in Kaylie working at your DOMINO'S. I would recommend them if your close enough in the J-ville/new river area. Its REFRESHING TO BE TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER IN THIS TOWN
CONS: You guys need more and better parking. (And convertibles for the delivery drivers)
