I had a very disappointing experience at your location today around 11:15 AM. The young man working the drive-thru window was extremely unprofessional and dismissive.

I ordered hash browns and a matcha latte. The hash browns were cold and tasted old not up to your usual standard. As for the matcha, I had requested it with vanilla, but no one at the speaker mentioned that vanilla wasn’t available. Instead, I was given French vanilla, which I dislike. The drink also didn’t have the vanilla cream cold foam I paid for. When I brought this up, I was told it was “mixed in,” which clearly wasn’t the case.

Due to the line behind me, I said I’d taste it and return if needed. After realizing I truly didn’t like it, I came back around and politely asked for a refund. Instead of processing the refund, the employee took my drink wordlessly, brought it back remade (which I did not ask for), and claimed they couldn’t issue a refund because “we throw away receipts.” When I explained I didn’t like the drink, his response was, “You ordered it.” That tone and response were completely unacceptable and showed no regard for customer service.

This entire interaction left me frustrated and unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location due to the poor service and lack of accountability.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed...

My son loves DD for their sprinkled donuts a cappuccino! Not a fan of the donuts as they tend to be dryer and not as fresh tasting to me; however, usually can't go wrong with the donut holes, and I'll take the cream-filled ones (mainly for the cream but it helps make donut moist when it's more on the dry side. I like the sausage, egg, & cheese on croissant, avocdo on toast is okay (but avocado needs more seasoning), and a few drinks like the pumpkin spice iced signature latte, cappuccino, and french vanilla hot coffee is good. I use app and go thru drive-thru for easy ordering and quick p/u. Went in once and there was maybe 4 other people inside and even with mobile p/u it was a little slower than usual. Inside is clean and very small. Sometimes the drinks can be inconsistent when it comes to taste. I guess that depends on who is making it, so consistency is needed in this area. This location can get busy real quick at certain times of the day! I'm assuming drive-throu line goes through DD parking lot; however, a lot of people turn in through Walgreens location, so with cars in both directions it can get confusing as to who is next in line. There should be signage directing people on which entrance to enter specificall for drive-thru or something to say whichway the...

The food at this location was some of the best Dunkin food I've had! The manager Michelle was incredibly helpful in telling me how to manage an issue I had at a previous store that I had not heard back on after a week and was very kind and friendly. She even addressed the music volume being somewhat excessive before I even mentioned it. The store is clean and well card for and the employees were kind and efficient upon my arrival. I have one significant complaint that changed this from a 5 star to a 4 star review. The sign on the door and the online information all say the store is open until 8pm. At 7:10 I was told that the lobby closes at 7:30. There is nothing to indicate this anywhere as the door says they are open to 8pm as well as the online information. At 7:13 the lights were turned off on me while I was frantically trying to upload the homework assignment I was in the lobby to work on. So, not only did I lose 30 minutes of expected work time, but they turned the lights off on a customer. When I brought it to their attention, they turned them back on for me, but that should not occur. I will come back because the product is good here, but the rush to the day's end for the closing employees today show the customer is an afterthought once the food...
