So typically same lady works in the morning and she makes my order. Perfect has it ready to go and everything’s wonderful. I drive 15 minutes out of my way in the morning to go to this Dunkin because of after the hurricane it’s the closest one. Placed my order online and I’m sure to place it at least five minutes or more ahead of time as I’m usually the only person there around 5:40 in the morning going through the drive-through. Some of the ladies know me my name and know my order by Heart. However, this morning, I placed my order eight minutes before I got to the drive-through. No one was in the parking lot before I got there or behind me or waiting or anywhere to be safe only me. I still had to sit at the window and wait for her to make my drink. at this point, I’m still not even mad like OK whatever make my drink. My drink taste like assholes and has huge chunks of ice in it because it wasn’t blended properly. I have to remind you that I drive so far out of my way, make sure to place the order early enough so they don’t have to rush to make it. I just don’t get it. The whole point is so I don’t have to sit there and wait on you to do your job and so that my drink taste the way I wanted to taste, and it taste the same every day But thanks a lot lady for ruining my day today. Read moreI keep trying to give them the benefit of a doubt, but I can never get an order made the way it is specifically ordered. I’ve went out of my way to start ordering on the mobile app to make sure there’s no confusion and the poor little girl this morning can’t even put the caramel that goes on the caramel frozen coffee! I just don’t get why it is this difficult to make an order, to order. Now I am referring to the Dunkin’ that was recently added in Reynolds area. At least the girl this morning wasn’t rude as they normally are. But I can go to the Dunkin in Biltmore and walk in anytime of the day and get a perfect coffee, but I’m having to go out of my way for that. It’s not that hard to make a drink consistently. I know, I’ve worked in a restaurant and understand the importance of consistency, but apparently these guys need training or something because I have yet to have them make a coffee the way I order it or for it to even taste the same. And I’m literally going there every morning, just about the same time with the exact same order!! Every single morning it is made different,looks different, taste different. I’ve never had them just not put the caramel on the caramel coffee. Read moreThis Dunkin used to be so good before the storm…not sure what happened but whoever is working in the morning is still asleep. Came through and ordered a peppermint mocha- hot. The lady asked me if I wanted signature style and I said sure (no one usually asks me that for a hot coffee), then I ordered a breakfast sandwich with hasbrowns. I get to the window and I get a cold drink which I rejected- no apology- just an odd look. Then I check my bag of food after pulling up to the second window having already gotten my corrected drink and I discover I don’t have hashbrowns. Usually I would let this go but they had already messed up my drink, so I got out of my car to come inside and the door was locked-6:15am- not sure why…cuz they’re usually open. So had to go back through the drive through and I politely explained they had already gotten my drink wrong and now I am missing part of my order. They asked me to come to the second window to pick it up- then gave me a “bag” of hashbrowns that tasted super old and only had like 4 in it. I have a feeling they came from the trash because they forgot to make any. That to me was a slap in the face after already messing up more order. Sure hope they get some better folks in there soon.
