Iāve given this Dunkin several chances before I decided to leave a review. For starters they never have anything....barely any doughnuts to choose from and have ran out of caramel twice. Purchased several coffees and each time there is an immense amount of sugar and cream. So much that each sip you take you can feel all the clumps of sugar. Today I purchased a 1/2 dozen of doughnuts...walked in and had to wait for them to finish talking about their shift assignments (mind you there was no one else in there and that could have been taken care of when you donāt have customers waiting) Finally a young gentlemen came over, apologized and took my order. Iām trying to choose doughnuts but itās so hard because there are very few to choose from and bc the ones on display are horribly made. The Boston cremes have 1/3 of the chocolate that is generally on them. So bc of this I order the cookies and Creme....next walks up some strange guy who said oh those are extra but more in a sense to call out the newbie. He proceeds to stand there awkwardly and then asks me if Iām okay with the .20 cent difference. Umm yes. They are already in the box. If it wasnāt for how nice the young man was I would have walked out. But I didnāt. If the other gentleman is management I can definitely see why they are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI do not usually go to Dunkinā Donuts and I wonāt be going back to this location. I had an attractions coupon to use and ordered accordingly at the drive through. I told them I had a coupon when I ordered and what it was for. It was for a free donut with a purchase. I had used this same coupon here at this location a few months ago. When I got to the window to pay and handed them my coupon I was told they do not accept this coupon at this location, itās for the other franchise. I told the girl that I had in fact used this same coupon at this location previously. And she said with the rudest attitude āwell maybe they did it that day but not today.ā Itās not even about the stupid coupon at this point, itās about the absolute rudeness coming from the drive through worker. Train your employees to have a pleasant attitude. I was not in any way rude to her to begin with. Iāve worked in customer service before and thereās no excuse for that. And I feel as though they should have honored the coupon. It was for one donut. What poor management. They could have done it if they wanted to. I wanted to just tell her to forget about my order but I did not. I will not be supporting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered an ice coffee and snackin bacon. The person that made my ice coffee was nice and made it perfectly. The person that did my snackin bacon no. I purchase snackin bacon all the time from various Dunkin donut shops. There was a few pieces of bacon in the package it barely was a fourth of the package full. I showed it to the person that made my coffee. She called the person that made the snackin bacon to let her know I was not pleased with the amount I received and the lady must have been the manager on duty because she said its portioned out and that's how much I should get. It was not correct because i've received that amount before and the manager at the place where it happened replaced it plus gave me another free after he apologized for the small amount. That did not happen in this case. I saw she was not going to correct it so I asked for my money back and they took the product back through the window. In which I didn't think any restaurant should be receiving anything back through the window after a customer has touched it. Its unsanitary. But I will not be going to that...
