I understand these days that working in any food service industry is not easy and I appreciate each and everyone who goes to work except today I dealt with somebody who for safety reasons probably shouldn't have been working. I sat in line this morning for 20 minutes to order two Valentine donuts and a plain bagel (not toasted not cut just thrown in a bag) with some cream cheese. I spent 11 minutes at the window with this young man staring at me like he was on another planet. There was nothing. No communication, no questions to understand just staring. He tried to hand extra donuts me 4 different times. I explained to him that not only had he given us the donuts but the kids already ate them (that's how long we were sitting there) and I finally had to speak to another woman who was walking around inside the drive-thru area and asked her to get me my bagel. Nobody apologized, nobody spoke they just so walked around like they were spaced out. There really is nothing hard about our order and couldn't understand why the young man couldn't grab a bag throw a plain bagel in and grab a container of cream cheese from the fridge throw it in the bag and hand it to me.

   Read moreI walked into this establishment where I was told I would need to either mobile order or order at the kiosk when I approached the register on February 8th 2025. The visit was downhill from there. I asked if I can use cash at the kiosk as my card was not with me. I was told she had already closed down the register for the night at around 6pm, two hours prior to close. After sighing and huffing she took my order and payment. While I was waiting she was speaking to who claimed to be a manager saying âI donât understand why someone who is munching on bojangles is here for drinks they could get there drinks at bojanglesâ and also said âI canât stand when people ask what donuts we have and then ask if we have one that wasnât listedâ.    Read moreI am going to give this place 5 stars!! I have been a regular there since the day they opened. The female owner was there, talked to me & made me feel so welcomed with my custom order. The gentleman, that I believe to be the manager, is so considerate & even has asked me multiple time "How is it?" "Is it ok?". I work with the public & this is very attentive customer service which is appreciated more than their employees probably know. They always treat me like a friend & my on the go orders are always on point. Always nice & always a smile!đâ
Lately I have been trying to use the app for on the go orders and it tells me that location is temparly not processing them. If someone can respond if this is an app error or something with the store that would be great. But over all, my favorite .morning stop! And will continue to be...McD's frappes don't even...
