I don't normally leave reviews for places as I'm more of a Get in and Get out kind of customer. However, this place will be an exception because of one big reason. It's completely exceeded my expectations for what a small chain restaurant can offer. I come in every week or so to order and every time i have been really pleased with the food I've received. While the price of many of the items is quite expensive. I haven't had a day where i didn't feel that price was justified. I normally get the Fettucine Alfredo And Baked Ziti. Both have a great texture. Look super appetizing and fill me up every time.
One of the biggest other things I've noticed is the employees are just so friendly. They have such a bubbly personality. They enjoy talking to customers and clearly love their job! And their customer service is just unmatched. Ive never had many issues with any of my orders except for one in particular. I ordered the same Baked Ziti And Fettuccini Alfredo together for pickup. When i picked up my order and went home. I noticed the bag holding my food was somewhat angled to the side, When i opened it up. The packaging was falling apart. the plastic cover on both of the dinner plates have broken into pieces which of course made my food un-edible. Since most people don't like having plastic in their diet. Now i don't blame the restaurant at all for this. This can happen to anyone. It could've been my fault for not being careful with the bag. Even so. As soon as i called them and let them know what happened. They immediately offered to re-make my food if i could come pick it back up no questions asked. Which is greatly appreciated. Not many places will do that anymore. And especially the price of the food you're getting here. It's not common. And that's a big reason why every time i come here i feel Welcome, Valued and Cared for.
It's not just a restaurant. It's a family they've built. And i feel like I'm a part of that. I will absolutely be coming back to this place many times in the future. And if you haven't tried this restaurant. Even if you're not much of an Italian person. I'm sure you'll find something here you'll Love

Read moreSo me and my family have been going here for about six months. Usually great service and pizza. Move forward to yesterday 7/21/18. Ordered a lg cheese and lg pepperoni and fries, the person on the phone, Debbie had said 25 minutes and then corrected herself and said 40 minutes because the cook was backed up, been there. The usual cooks weren't making the pizza. It was a taller cook, never saw him there before. Actually one of the usual cooks from NE, was walking out as I was coming in. I get in there and the pizza cook was arguing with the staff and they seemed confused, in the weeds. But I am a patient customer, so I paid for my order and waited. One of the kids pointed out my order sitting on the food warmer. He didnt open for me to look and have never had an issue before so my mistake, thought there wouldn't be an issue. Forward a few minutes later, we get home. I open the box to season the pizza, and the pepperoni pizza was a disaster, the majority of the cheese and toppings had spilled over to one corner and congealed to this corner. I called up and spoke with Debbie and she offered a reimbursement or a new pizza without hesitation, great employee! I said we'll take the credit and come by next time. All while this is going on my wife is texting with the owners wife, Joana, on Facebook. Joanna accused me of tilting the pizzas and the said issue happened. Well if that was the case both pizzas would look the same as they were on top of each other. They weren't, cheese pizza was fine. I myself am a chef and have been cooking for over 25 years. We all make mistakes but what will make us not go back, is how Joanna decided to make up a story, and not take responsibility for the poor food and service. The owners should let the staff run the restaurant and not get involved in the day to day operation. I would never treat a...
Read moreWe have been going to Two Cousins Pizza in Benson for several years, but after our last visit, we will not be going back. The last few times we have been, the service and food was not what we were used to from Two Cousins. But our last visit was off the charts terrible! From the start, my eyes were burning from the smoky air. I'm guessing the hood vents were not working well. I asked the server for an order of garlic knots for an appetizer and was told it would not be ready before our food was, so were we sure we wanted to order them?!?! So I decided to get a salad. I eventually had to ask for my salad and received it about 1 minute before my meal. There were four of us. Two of us got our pizza first, then 5 min later 1 more person got their calzone and lastly, my wife received her meal 15 min after my meal. She complained to the so called manager and he argued that he can not time the meals to come out at the same time because of hot and cold spots in the pizza oven and if he would have held the pizza to time with the other entrees (which didn't come out at the same time anyway) the pizza would burn. Wow! Really?! The quality of the food was not what it used to be either. We had to refill our own drinks. Had to go to pay without a ticket and get boxes for our food from the cashier. I think the server was finished with us. This was by far the worst eating experience we have had in years. THIS WAS OUR LAST TRIP TO TWO...
