I always start to review, then I talk myself out of it, since I've been a Hardees fan for decades. This place is just bad and keeps getting worse. #1 Cheeseburger, NO tomatoes, NO lettuce please, medium with a Coke. Simple order. Get asked to repeat, confirm, and it gets repeated to me at the window.
I get scalding hot fries with zero salt, okay cool at least the fries are fresh... only they've filled like 1/3 the container.
Burger has lettuce, tomato on it, extra if anything. The 2 minute drive from the drive through to sit back down in my office to eat, the sandwhich has pretty much fallen apart. The tomato and lettuce are so water logged soggy, i pick up my burger and my fingers go through the bun. I see this usually when stuff is left premade under the heat lamp, everything will be screaming hot and the steam ruins the bun.
This time though the warmest thing on my burger was probably the pickles. Flavorless, soggy, just nasty burger, with a fallen apart bun. I gave it to the dog it was so bad.
In the last month I've had 3 bad meals out of here, hot dogs with burnt chili and rock hard onions, that I still can't figure out. Half raw chicken tenders... like I don't know what they're doing here, but I give up, I'll just go to Cook Out...
Read moreI strongly recommend not coming here, not sure what problem both the manager Melissa and her basic employee Lynette had this morning. Long story short i placed an online order for breakfast, I don’t live nor do I drive anywhere near this Hardee’s so I called to cancel it,(keep in mind I clicked on the Hardee’s location that was near me) might have been a website error. when I tell you these 2 women gave me the HARDEST time to get a refund it’s completely unacceptable, especially for fast food workers, the fact I had to argue with said employee and the so called manager is beyond unacceptable for customer service, not even counting the amount of times I had to call before someone answered, on top of being hung up on as well several times just to get a refund, of course a customer is going to get irritated and mad, they did not handle it the way your supposed to handle when a customer is upset, every time I tried to give information pertaining to what happened or to give my card information they’d cut me off to argue or just hang up, I have already talked to corporate. Read moreThe slowest service ever! 10 minute wait to get order taken, even though I was only one in line,15 more minutes waiting on food. I ordered the two slider meal and a hot ham and cheese combo. That's all. I was given one fresh slider and one that had been sitting there since my order was taken. My cookie was put in the bottom of the box,so it was melty, and hot ham and cheese was last item given. I don't think I'll ever go back until changes are made. While waiting for my order, another customer wanted his money back because he had waited 30 minutes! And the manager walked out,got in his car and left!...
