Little China Restaurant — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Let me start off with the food here is terrible. I ordered a large shrimp fried rice and it looks like they gave me left over beef and chicken fried rice with shrimp in it. There was no egg in it at all and I know shrimp fried rice has egg and no beef or chicken in it. The rice wasn't even cooked all the way. I saw some white rice that wasn't even cooked mixed in with my so-called shrimp fried rice. Not to mention the guy taking my TAKEOUT ORDER name was ANSON. Now let me tell you what happened and this to me is embarrassing he yelled out loud after i paid NO TIP. I have never heard anyone who works at a restaurant say NO TIP. I'm not sure what that means for this situation but I don't tip when it's take out. I believe a customer no matter what they are getting has the right to not tip since my order was just around 13 dollars and it was take out. It's not like I was dining in because I do tip and I tip generously when I dine in. I am very disappointed in my service and what I got served. I know some of you might think I'm wrong about this no tipping because it's take out but that's just your opinion not that i don't respect opinions but I will not be eating here ever again. Just left there about five minutes ago. I ordered my food and informed the cashier I had a food allergy which is mushrooms and the lady(which was the manager) said she would accommodate me because I was getting hibachi(is cooked with mushrooms). I noticed a plate that looked like mines and I asked was that was my order and it was but the manager cleaned the grill but didn't change spatulas. The manager was the cook and wasn't going to make accommodations to my order in order for me to eat it. She just told me to get a refund because she wasn't stopping to change spatulas because they was busy which that's not how you conduct business or deal with a customer. She stopped cooking food to give me a refund that I didn't ask for also and argued with me that she wasn't going to make my food over because there busy. Which she could have said she didn't want to do from the start. My rate for this restaurant is 0 stars because that's not how you conduct a business nor deal with a customer. I went here yesterday to pick up some food for my family. First of all two combination plates with a order of crab rangoon and a small plain lo mein came out to about $46. The Boneless spare ribs was pretty good however the bourbon chicken and plain lo mein we're not. The bourbon chicken itself was very dry it didn't taste very good barely any sauce within the actual dish. The lo mein was very Bland the best comparison would be eating spaghetti noodles. When I went to order all of this food I explained to them that I wanted a plain lo mein as well as a side order of sweet and sour sauce they initially did not put my plain lo mein in my order before I left the restaurant I had to correct it and for some odd reason my sweet and sour sauce for my crab rangoon was jumped all over my bag. Now I'm not saying they did this on purpose but it seemed oddly convenient that upon my corrections of my order this particular thing just so happen to happen.
