Dirty, unorganized, slow, disrespectful service, & shameful. I was closing shift at a BK in Michigan and out of all the stores I've seen or eaten at, this one is the absolute worst. Once I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order. In the DRIVE THROUGH with one car in front of me. And another 20-ish minutes just to get cold food that tasted like a dirty deep frier smells. Every time we have EVER gone inside this store, the drink station is a mess. A few times we've gone in & the drink station has flies swarming it, lids & cups everywhere, and drink splashes all over. I've put in bad reviews before hoping something would change, and yet, nothing ever does. Tonight we went & I guess the woman on drive through had an issue with us paying some of our bill with change. Not only did she not give us the sauce we asked for ranch & honey mustard and we received ranch & barbecue. The best part? The barbecue sauce ISN'T IN A SAUCE PACKET. It's in a little plastic cup. I dont trust anyone in that store enough to use this sauce, so thanks for nothing. On top of that, thank you to the girl running drive through for your nasty attitude that only popped up after you saw we had change, and for dumping our fries all over. Real nice. Sorry that we dont have a ton of cash, if we did we probably wouldnt be going to Burger King, especially not this one. From a former Burger King employee to another (or anyone, really) I cant believe how many times this store has disappointed and disgusted me, I cant believe you're still in business, and I'll continue to complain until I see...

The drive up customers seemed to be the priority while the dine in customers were almost ignored. We waited 18 minutes after we paid for it order before we received our food. When we did receive out order the food was cold. The dine in line was very short... only about 4 customers long. The young man at the register was training so I can't find fault there. We all start somewhere at the bottom. A customer before is stated he was there for almost 40 minutes snd still hadn't received his order. The manager was abrupt when dealng with him. She returned his money and refused service. I do believe she lost a customer there. The dining room was a mess and the floors felt like they hadn't been mopped all week. The self service counter was unlocked. I had to ask for drink lids. The young lady at the drive through window was busy but friendly and professional. A new shift worker arrived white we were waiting for our food. That's when things started to go just a bit faster. An off duty employee walked through the kitchen door with bags of outside food to store in the refrigerator. After working fast food i know that is a practice that is frowned upon

So now we no longer can see the customers name so if someone puts on base access we no longer will be able to see the customers name. Most of these customers donāt even contact us to inform us. I drove 6 miles today and was told I would not be compensated. Thankfully I was able to talk to another support that was able to cancel the order an issue me half pay so keep in mind for about 40 minutes worth of work I was paid 3.25$ and I have two children to support most the time I donāt wanna pick up orders that are on base even when they are capable of meeting many times but I do not want to risk not getting properly compensated. Iām literally working below minimum wage but because my son was kicked out of daycare for his medical conditions. This is the only job Iām able to sustain at this point and it is not ideal but itās the only thing Iām capable of doing right now. Itās very disheartening how this area cares more about getting their food then...
