If I could give 0 stars I would. Took about 10 Minutes to even get chips. We ordered alcohol which hit the table before the chips did. Our order was taken at the time our drinks were dropped off. But it was at least 15 Minutes before we got our food. When the food came out... My enchiladas were pretty weak looking , but that has become normal for them....so it's what I expected when it came to that pathetic plate.. but my girlfriend got the fajitas plate. The beans were barely even warm, the cheese on top that was melted was COLD. The rice was almost as cold as the beans. Fajitas.. anybody that knows when you order them, they come out steaming and sizzling.. I literally picked up the cast iron plate the meat was on with my bare hands within 2 minutes of it hitting the table ( after eating a fork of cold Beans and cheese..)
So. Here's the kicker. Lady came by to ask if everything was alright. I said "ehhh not quite" and all she did was walk off.. after about 10 minutes of attempting to enjoy our meal ( which by this point our forks were pretty much not leaving the table, I'm sure we looked like we were done eating, because we were disappointed in this $35+ meal)... The lady comes by again asking if we needed to go boxes, and I said " I guess so even though it's not even worth taking home.. this is the worst experience I've had here and likely won't be back" her response was to reach across in front of my face and take my plate off the table and sat it down right on top of pick up my girlfriend's plate - while she was still trying to assemble another fajita....( Like fork being held in her hand as she's picking up meat off the plate ).... she said "well I can take these off the ticket and you'll just pay for the drinks" I said "no ma'am I won't be paying for any of this now, since you just destroyed what WAS left of the already pathetic food" she said okay and stormed off with our plates in her hands, still over half the food on my plate and only one fajita missing...
Read moremy friend and I had lunch here earlier today 12/17 and it was great. It reminded me of a restaurant in my old city . aside from changing our drinks nothing was wrong ( lemonade was too sweet so we got cocktails ) our server at the time was daisy she was amazing ! the other lady not so much.
I loved the food so much. I even dragged my husband there for dinner when I got there the woman was confused and asked in an inappropriate tone if i was eating here. I said yes. The way she act caught my husband by surprise so he asked her what made her ask in that way. she goes on to say ‘ you remember you were here earlier ‘ . Fast-forward We’re getting our drink orders taken, and my husband asked what I had gotten to drink earlier, I tell him lemonade &’ The waitress goes on to say loudly. No, you don’t need to get lemonade. Remember earlier you didn’t like it. I remember because I was the one who didn’t like it and we move on with our date. After ordering our food And receiving it, my husband and I ordered drinks. We ordered a motorcycle and a tequila sunrise both drinks tasted as if they poured NyQuil Into both drinks. As we’re waiting around to see our server again, I begin to make my husband a burrito with the remainder of his meal In the midst of doing that, I find a hair. once we reported both the meal and the drinks the staff began to converse with each other in spanish with faces of disgust. As were attempting to explain our waitress expresses that I was here earlier today, as if me disliking my drink and coming back was an attempt to get something free ?? i’m not sure why that was relevant. but after my husband established a problem for the third time they fix the receipt And still failed To either comp the meal or replace my husband’s meal with a new one. even when he saw and pointed out that none of the staff had hair nets. They simply say it’s nothing else they can do. as much as i liked this place ill...
Read moreWe've been here a couple times now. Food is good, but nothing special. I had the fajita quesadilla both times which was stuffed full of meat and veggies, but barely had a sprinkle of cheese on them. First time we had awesome customer service, second time not so much. A family sat down after us, but they were helped before anyone even took our drink orders. We have a toddler and asked 3 times over a course of 10 minutes for a high chair. My husband ended up just going and finding one. All that time we still hadn't actually been helped. When the waiter finally stopped to help us we went ahead and ordered our food as well. It came out in a timely manner. When we had been done eating for 5+ minutes I had to wave down our waiter to ask for a box and our check. Brought the box, but he walked past us at least 3 times before bringing the check. Our waiter apologized multiple times without us even bringing up anything, so he knew he wasn't on top of things. It was nice he apologized, but doesn't change the fact that it was sub-par service. Side note- still tipped him over 20% because my husband is such a sweet man. The next time we want Mexican food we will be checking out other options on the other...
