Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Carolina

I recently visited Jersey Mikes and switched my normal order of an Italian to the Buffalo. It was delicious and I had been thinking about it since. So I decided to repeat my order. I asked for it to be cut in half as I am working and need to eat on the run. When I opened my sandwich it looked like a crime scene. Why would you even serve this to someone. The bread is drenched so its now soggy. There is no part of this sandwich NOT COVERED in buffalo. It is so excessive it is almost inedible. I not only wrapped it in napkins which it leaked through and down my arm, I also had to wear a glove cause it is literally everywhere including my work pants now. I am so disappointed and appalled. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about my experience today other than my initial expectations were very low. It was quite obvious from the second I walked through the door that this was not a cohesive crew of experienced people. The only thing that was holding it together was Jonathan(? Was the name on my receipt)(the manager?). He took my order, asked me a question about my customization of it, supervised the grill person making my #56, and made sure it was done right. I hadn’t been to this new location even though I live in the area, however today I tried it and I will definitely be a new regular! I ordered online through doordash for pick up and had to call in to modify my order since the app didn’t allow special requests. I spoke with a young lady named Genesis she was very nice over the phone and took down my requests. When I arrived to pickup my order her bubbly personality and immaculate customer service truly made my day!
