Bojangles — Restaurant in Pittsboro

Unfortunately, there is not much good to say about my visit here. I went through the drive-thru and it started with the order taker explaining why he couldn’t ring in my order. I told him how other stores had done it and we moved on from there. They needed a little more time to cook part of my order which I know happens quite a bit so I pulled up and out of the way. After some time and at least 6-7 cars picked up their order. I went inside and the item I was waiting on was sitting in the warmer with my order lost in the shuffle at the window. I asked about my order and the manager came from the back. She ordered one of the workers to grab the item I was waiting on and slung the bag on the counter without apology and acted as if I bothered her. I checked before I left and was missing something. I asked about it and both the manager and cashier questioned me so I showed them the receipt. Another bag was slung at me without apology.

I do not agree that the customer is always right but we do pay for goods and a certain level of service. It was very clean and most of my order was right when I got home (wrong biscuit) but unfortunately won’t...

A few weeks ago i was in my local barber shop when i heard a few of the guys in there talking about how they got food poisoning from Bojangles, when i asked which one they said the one in Pittsboro, my first thought was that sucks because that's the one i go too. So this evening just after 6pm i decided to chance it, I stopped at the Pittsboro,NC - Bojangles, i wanted some fried chicken, i was the only customer in the store and i saw a group of 4 or 5 employees back in the kitchen area talking, after standing at the counter for a few minutes i started to pace back and forth making sure they saw me and they all saw me, after 5 minutes i still had not had my order taken, after 7 minutes i said to them loudly " are you open ?" finally a young girl walked up to the counter and said "for here or to go ? " . By this time i was so disgusted with the horrible customer service i just shook my head and walked out the door, I went across the street to Zaxby's. So not only is this Pittsboro Bojangles giving people food poisoning but they also give you horrible...

Several years ago I wrote a very positive review here as I think people need to know when they do well. At the same time people need to know when they need to improve. As I was coming into the restaurant the lady working who I think is the manager had the door open. Didn't say a word about the dining room being closed. Made no effort to communicate anything. So she helped someone else before making any effort to acknowledge that I was even there. Then once she finally does speak to me she says we are on a limited menu and in the process of opening the dining room. I could tell she was already irritated before I even said anything. So I wasn't rude at all but just wanted to know if that meant I needed to leave because saying in the process of opening doesn't give enough information. At that point she got such attitude with me for such a simple question. I bit my tongue from saying what I really wanted to say at that point and just walked away. Absolutely no need in...
