I would have definitely gave them 0 Stars if I could for the simple fact that they were so incompetent to not only one time but twice make a big mistake on my granddaughter's order for her birthday cake. About 3 weeks ago my granddaughter and Son went in to order her birthday cake for October 27th which was supposed to be a beautiful unicorn ice cream cake with with rainbow colors and also purple trimming on it. We told him that someone would be there by 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to pick it up because we were not sure of the actual time of the party yet, because of her soccer games but definitely wanted it ready by 10 a.m.. So yesterday we went there at 12 because the party was at 1 to pick up the birthday cake and my daughters call to tell us that they do not have her cake, they sold it to somebody else, and then they were trying to tell my daughter thay it was our fault because we said between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., which my daughter clearly explained to them, that when somebody tells you that they'll be there between 10 in the morning and 3 p.m., the cake should be there by 10 a.m.. When the manager saw what was happening he started to be more apologetic to my daughters and gave us this candy corn cake trying to make up for her unicorn cake which definitely could no way make that up, talk about a disappointed 7 year old girl. Later that day my son gets a phone call from a manager saying they were sorry and that they have made another unicorn cake for her and they can pick it up on Sunday the 28th of October 2018, which he goes up there taking his daughter to surprise her that they're going to have this cake ready for her and then get up there and it is a Cookie Monster blue cake instead of the Unicorn Cake. The employees then tried to tell my son that it is supposed to be a cookie monster cake and that's what was on the paper and that's what your sister said when she came in. My son had to call his sister let her know what they were saying, she told him flat out that is not the truth they were lying and also if they look at the original paperwork for it - it said unicorn cake and told him it was supposed to be vanilla with vanilla and purple trimming and a colorful rainbow unicorn on it. So my thoughts on this; is if you don't want to have your child disappointed on a birthday party but some kind of disaster like this, I would not be ordering a cake from them. The only thing that their employees were trying to do, was make up all kinds of lies to try to save their own self. Nobody there gave any thought to my granddaughter's feelings or how disappointing she was. How could they ever believe that the orange/yellow candy corn cake would make up for a Unicorn Cake, not to mention get her hopes up thinking that she will still get her Unicorn Cake, only to disappoint her again with a Cookie Monster Cake and try to claim that's what we ordered. So I definitely would think twice before ordering a cake from her. I wouldn't want to see another child disappointed...
Read moreDissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. Upon visiting the location, I encountered unprofessional conduct and a lack of basic customer service courtesy. I placed a mobile order for Lesley and entered the store to find a line wrapping around the building. Upon entry, I was not greeted, and a staff member was engaged with what appeared to be my order. When she placed the order on the table, I inquired whether it was for Lesley. Her response was dismissive and rude, confirming only when I clarified that I was there for a mobile order for Lesley. She then shoved the order toward me, crumpled the receipt, and discarded it without explanation. This behavior was abrupt and disrespectful, especially considering I had a legitimate mobile order and was entitled to clarification. Furthermore, I noticed that the order label indicated "Lesley," confirming that the order was correct. The staff member's conduct, including ignoring basic greetings and failing to provide any courteous farewell, was entirely unacceptable. I subsequently contacted corporate to file a formal complaint. Although I was told the issue would be escalated to the franchise owner and that I would receive a callback within two days, I am skeptical that any action will be taken. The lack of professionalism displayed at this location reflects poorly on your brand and indicates a significant need for staff training in customer service and hospitality. This location's service quality is unacceptable. If improvements are not made, I suggest reconsidering its operation, as there are numerous other coffee shops that maintain higher standards of...
Read moreI’d like to start by saying that normally I love Baskin Robbins, but this particular one is literally like McDonald’s. They are always out of everything. Let’s hope you don’t ever want a waffle cone because the three chances I have this place, they were out. This time since they were out, I thought I would try a waffle bowl. My waffle bowl was soft... and not in a fresh not baked all the way soft.. it was soft like it was stale. I tried to eat it and it was so chewy that I ended up throwing the waffle bowl away. Hopefully you don’t want any of the ice creams on their online menu because they have none. But if you just want chocolate or vanilla, maybe you’ll be fine. This place should really do better because they don’t have many competitors in the area and they are still practically new. Please do better. It’s really a difficult thing to say that the one in Fayetteville far exceeds this one... especially when Fayetteville is NOT known to have better of anything.
Advice: go to Walmart or food lion.. you know they will have what you want and it...
