I just needed to add, this place messes up my order a lot. They just mess it up less than most places. They are also open later than most places. And it is usually good. That's why we keep going back. After my order has been wrong about 5 times, I finally say something because 4 items were missing. I call the store and I was told by a nice lady that they would remake the whole order. I asked if I needed to bring the food back. She said no just keep it. So, I drive back up there and sit in line because the lobby is closed. I get to the speaker and I am told to pull to the window. The lady working the window took my reciept and asked if I need sauce and to pull around to the front. I told her no but...... and while I was talking, she shut the window in my face. No apology either. She acted like I was a bother to her, because I totally wanted to drive back up to the store because my food was wrong and wait all over again.
The AMAZING part is that after serving everyone else and waiting 30 minutes, she shuffles out the front door to my car. Literally. She hands me my food and I say, "I wanted to know if I could have sierra mist instead of root beer for my drink." She says, "What drink?" I said, "The one that came with the combo." I kid you not, this lady says, "Didn't you already get a drink?" Floored, I said, "Excuse me?" (Because yes, I did get a drink. I left it to be watered down and thrown away at home because I had to jump in my car and rush back up there and was told not to bring the food.) I asked for my original reciept back. She walked to the back door, and I heard her talking to someone about sierra mist, but apparently she was just complaining about me asking for one, since she brought the reciept with no drink. I asked her for her managers name and she yelled it to me with her back turned. When I got home over an hour after my original order was placed, I also discovered my food was double bagged because the first one was soaked and had ripped. So, judging by that and the cold food, I would say my food was made and sat there.
I order here every week. I have stayed loyal despite their staffing situation, wrong orders, and waiting usually 30 to 45 minutes. One time, I was even handed an employees drink instead of the one I ordered.
I will never give another Taco Bell my money as long as they employ people like that lady.

Not 3 seconds later this guy comes on and ask if Iām ready I hadnāt even had 30 seconds to figure out what I wanted. I told him I said I needed a moment, literally 4 seconds later he comes on listing things they have. I drove away and didnāt even bother ordering. There was NO ONE behind me or in front of me. They also NEVER get the freaking order right either, I suggest the Taco Bell owner and manager train their employees on how to take an order and give someone a moment to look over the menu instead of rushing and pushing them.
Edit: another experience this morning went to place my order for the grilled fiesta potato burritos. The lady argued saying that it was not on the menu. I read back the section that the name of the burrito again and told her I order the same thing almost every morning. She finally found it, I also order 3 sausage ones as well, she kept rushing us to make a decision even though it had been less then a minute since we had started actually ordering after her arguing from her lack of knowledge in her own menu. We get to the window we pay and she tells us to pull around the the front door, which my husband and I looked at each other extremely confused since there was no on behind us waiting, this lady was acting like she had a drive thru line completely wrapped around the whole Taco Bell. We pull around to the front wait 2 minutes to get our food, and guess what not a single person walked into that Taco Bell and not a single person was in the drive thru waiting to order. So what was the rush? I get home open my fiesta potato burritos and they were made wrong, they had none of the pico de Gallo that it is supposed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the worst tacobells around, have given this place chance after chance but still ridiculous for the 4th time now that I've put a mobile order in something is always left out and I mean always....this time my wife made a order and all that she wanted for her main meal out of that order was 2 doritos locos taco easy lettuce...guess what it was the FIRST THING ON THE RECEIPT not in there when we get home about 15mins away after both of us literally working all day and taking care of our 5month old. This has come to the point that it's just pathetic now I can understand people do make mistakes but over and over and over again, no something has got to change I've been in fastfood since I started in the work force and was a GM for a while and the way this store functions is ridiculous, I dont know if its either your employee's dont care beacuse they want to go home and are too busy doing preclosing procedures to even care. If so you need to clean some house or maybe it's the managers that dont care about the product and or service.
