Went to this McDonald’s this morning during the lunch period. Went through drive-thru and ordered 2 large #5s with frappes and a Sprite. The young lady who took the money was awesome, however the lady giving the food was the issue. Not sure of her name but she has a lip piercing. When she gave us the sprite I noticed there was something black in the ice. I wasn’t sure what it was but I’ve worked in food service before so I know whatever it was, it’s not supposed to be in the ice. When we told her about it she acted as if it was an issue. She took the drink back, inspected the drink, then poured out the ice that had the black stuff in it. She then handed us back the sprite with less ice and less drink in the cup. Me and my boyfriend asked her did she just pour out the ice, basically in shock that she did and she said “yes”. Then I said to her “oh no ma’am. I don’t want a poured out ice drink, I would like a new drink all together”. She then proceeded to say “oh no- that is a new drink” I said “well, you just said you poured it out. So is it a new drink or did you pour out the ice?” She said “no this is a new drink. I just made it” and we looked at her knowing she just lied to us but didn’t want to continue to make this a further deal in the line. Especially knowing how some workers can spit in your drink or whatever. We just wanted to leave after that. As an ex food service worker, please check your ice machine and make sure it’s cleaned out thoroughly and also please make sure your employees aren’t lying to customers, at all, period! Especially not in the drive through where they can CLEARLY see the workers. I would like for management or owner to reach out to me about this issue...
Read moreI've included pictures for reference! I wish this could be a positive review. I'd love to of had some of the experiences others have had with 5 star reviews. After the service and food I got I wish there was a no star option. I went here at 8:42PM and placed an order on the app with curbside delivery. This is the second time I've been here and I had a similar experience the first time. Being the person I am, I wanted to give them a second chance. The man who brought my food came out the door with the appearance of an attitude and addressed me as such when he approached my car to give me the food. When I checked my food before I left the fries were cold and had the appearance of being old. I went through the Drive-Thru and explained that my fries were cold and old. This didn't come as any shock to the person on the other side of the speaker as I was directed to pull around for another order of fries. The same man was at the window when I picked up my new (still old) fries. He rudely said here shoved the bag at me and slammed the window. When I checked the new fries I wasn't surprised to find that they were also old in appearance just warm instead of cold. All fries went in the trash as soon as I got home. Then I opened my burger to find a HUGE SCORCH MARK on the bottom bun that didn't just smell burned but smelled like a cigarette! After this experience I won't be going here anymore and I hope they improve their service and quality of food. People spend money for food that's fresh and expect decent service since said money goes into the employees...
Read morePlaced curbside order at 10:12am. Arrived and app was not functional. Normally is. Attempted for five to ten minutes to enter my parking spot number for curbside and ultimately went inside. The staff was beyond incompetent. I explained my situation and I'm assumed to be a DoorDasher. I corrected them and then, frustrated, told them my curbside spot number and went to my car. Five minutes go by and now I am pissed. I go through the drive thru and they don't even have my d*mn order?!? I showed them my order confirmation email and then I was absolutely done. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go thru the app. Then the app states that I need to contact the location my order was handled at.... So who in the h311 do I talk to?!?!? This was Check-In# DP44-4484224. 02/09/2025....
