I’m not one to post bad reviews, but when it’s warranted it’s warranted. Tonight, 4/2/22, we had a simple order. Double quarter pounder, no ketchup, no mustard and add mac sauce. I went through the drive, not once, not twice but three times. The door says dine-in open until midnight on Saturday’s. Was the door unlocked? Nope. So the first burger had ketchup, mustard and mac sauce. The second burger had NOTHING. It literally took the cook 3 burgers to get the order correct. A VERY simple order. I really feel bad for those working the window because they aren’t the ones making the orders, however, if you can’t CONFIRM that the burger is right the first time, or even the second time when a customer has to drive back through the drive-thru because you don’t have the inside open as advertised, then you get to deal with the consequences. It’s as much your fault as it is the cooks. It’s very simple to pop open the box and make sure the burger has what it’s supposed to or watch the cook make it to make sure your customers are taken care of, especially when they have to come back because it wasn’t right the first time. We go to this McDonald’s ALL the time and it’s just ridiculous how this night crew couldn’t put in the effort to do it right. Read moreOrdered 3 kids meals and 2 adults all our burgers were black and hard like they had been sitting for a VERY LONG time,this is not only unacceptable this is unsanitary. I Immediately returned and my burgers were replaced without question which further showed me they knew they were in the wrong. It's one thing to try to feed that to an adult but to knowingly give old food to children is distasteful. Never had this issue or a problem at this McDonald's but I had also never gone at night. This is not okay, shame on you. My children love McDonald's and it has always been their treat, I'd hate to stop going to every McDonald's because they all seem to be going downhill. I gave 2 stars because they remedied our issue but that kind of service is not okay and I will not change my rating until I can be proved that this is an isolated case and will not occur again. I stated I had 3 coupons for each order (one order) and when I approached the paying window the lady said we can't process 3 coupons at once.. so I asked to split the order.. she then said I had to Loop around... I then asked can I speak to the manager.. she replied ok and walked away yelling "this dude" "I knew this was going to happen " then the manager shows up and immediately walks up to the window already talking calling me by bro "bro we can't... etc" I had to stop her there and say "1st of all I'm not your bro or Homie or this dude".. I have already stated I had 3 coupons and to break the order up if you cannot ring it up as one..finally my order was done.
