Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Carolina

Never again. The Ogden location hit my ATM card twice and are making it extremely difficult to get my $$ back, essentially they stole from me. Does staff do this purposely so they can steal from the till? Does management do it purposely to pad the revenues? Was I really that lucky to be the only one that this happened to? It's only like $11 so I understand they are not getting rich off me which leads me to think that they may do this regularly, after all, who notices an additional $11 atm transaction. My wife spent hours on the phone finally getting through with a dist mgr who finally agreed to send us a check, today 6 days after they stole from me. And how about an apology of some sort, apparently this didn't rise to her level of mistake to warrant that. The best was the location manager, Ken I think, who told me that the company treats it's employees as bad as the customers and was a horrible representative of management. I ordered online and when I went to the drive thru to pick it up nobody came to the window to help me. I could see a guy inside on the phone but he didn't acknowledge me. I blew the horn. He looked but kept talking on the phone. A girl came in to work and he talked to her but must not have told her I was waiting. After ten minutes I parked and went inside. Nobody came to the counter. I yelled 'hello' and nobody came. I yelled again and the girl came from the back and said 'he didn't help you?' She rang me up and gave me somebody else's order. I told her it wasn't what I ordered and he walked up and said he was building my order. Actually, it had been sitting there getting cold while he was on the phone! I asked him why he wouldn't help me at the drive thru and he said he was talking to an angry customer on the phone. He had another angry customer at the counter--me. There are too many other pizza places in Wilmington to put up with this total lack of service....

Ordered takeout. Pizza wasn’t ready when I arrived, which is cool, but they told me to pull into the parking lot and they would walk it out “in 2 minutes, when it’s ready”. Sat there for 15+ minutes before walking into the store. They had just forgotten and pizza was sitting on the counter getting cold. As I’m picking it up, a BIG BLACK DOG comes out from BEHIND THE COUNTER dragging a leash (no one holding it) and an employee from the back walks out and grabs it and then takes the dog BACK INTO THE FOOD PREP AREA. Absolutely disgusting and is actually illegal. NC law states “Pets must be leashed, can't enter the restaurant and can't come in contact with employees preparing food or food service items.” I’m not going to eat this tainted food and I’ll absolutely be contacting corporate.
