Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Carolina

I'm posting this for a friend and my brother: I went in for lunch today with my boss around 12:45, and we order our food, and sit down. 15 minutes pass, and my boss goes I think they forgot about the dining room... Another lady who said she ordered 10 minutes before we did went to the front, and asked what was going on, and the woman at the front(chubby blonde), says I think some of the orders got deleted on our screen, and started making her food again. After she got her food, everyone else in the dining room was still waiting on their "deleted orders" too, but she wasn't concerned about that, so after a few more minutes I asked what about everyone else!? That's when people started asking for refunds... The blonde haired girl then walks around the corner and says "damnnn these people act like their at a 5 star restaurant!", and I say, "no we're acting like we're at a FAST food restaurant, and 20 minutes later(for us, but others we're waiting longer) all we've gotten was our orders deleted, and never asked about our orders, or told about it" and she starts going off, and I told her to to shut her mouth, and make everyone's food, and she refused to make my food, but the manager made her. It was ridiculous. Now if I was eating at a "five star restaurant", I would definitely expect it to take that long to make the food, but this is Taco Bell... Fast food... I'm betting if she did her job, and stopped running her mouth about the customers, orders would not have be "deleted", and the orders would have been made correctly, or at all... Like how does the person working at the front counter not notice no one in the dining room getting their food, and if the orders were deleted, why didn't anyone try to correct it? Including the manager. Were they just gonna let everyone wait forever until they each came up and asked about it? Just to get attitude from a girl that's incapable of doing her job? Yea, sounds like...

These people DO NOT WORK! I (who literally works 24/7) work late and since they "stay open until 1AM" I always go at midnight to give them PLENTY of time to make one single taco. I have gone to this taco bell 2 days in a row now at midnight, as I drove up I saw TWO cars were in the parking lot therefore TWO "employees" were "working" (and yes I use the term working very loosely) and after waiting at the window for approx. 15 minutes nobody ever came to the window (either time). They apparently close an hour before they actually close? As I was leaving this non working establishment tonight, where did I find the two "employees" they were standing outside smoking and laughing together. They were two guys just kicking it in their taco bell uniform giggling like children paying no mind to the customers. This place doesn't even deserve to be called a restaurant it's more like a playground! I tried to call before I went this time since nobody would take my order last night. I wanted to call and make 100% sure they were open and nobody answered the phone. I called once at 10PM, again at 11PM and the last time at 12PM. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since the phone kept going to a fax machine ring tone so I figured their phones were down. These "workers" can't be bothered to pick up the phones or stand at a window and take an order, they can't be bothered to DO THEIR JOBS! So after driving 20 minutes last night to get to this place, 20 minutes tonight, and waiting 15 minutes I have officially lost my patience. Do not waste your time here, I've posted all over Facebook about it and look forward to the actions that are on their way to this taco bell to get them to either shape up (not likely after how arrogant and careless the employees behave) or hire a completely new staff. I love taco bell so I will definitely be returning, ONCE the actions are...

I’m gonna give five stars to the gentleman who handed me my food and 1 star to everything else. Came late around 9:30 on a Friday night. Long line of cars in front of me but moved a decent pace for there to have been so many. Saw the two cars in front of me wait in line to order then get to the menu board and the promptly leave. At first I thought that was strange. Well after a terrible greeting I was informed by a lovely lady “we outta beef”. Okay no big deal. Supply issues. Simple change to my order and moving on. I was then informed that there is currently a 30 minute wait for food. I thought, well that’s interesting seeing as how the other cars in front of me that didn’t get out of line collected food. My reply was “Okay Great” and proceeded with my phone order. Pulled right up to the window with no other cars in line at this point. Insert the nice gentleman here in the story and he was very professional. How he was able to contain his composure was astonishing. While waiting, one female employee behind him stood in the corner and another employee was making threatening comments, aggressively standing in her face and making hand gestures to her in a very intimidating manner. I could not believe this was happening directly in front of the window and with customers around. Not surprisingly the food only took less than 5 minutes to become ready and I was able to leave. So disappointed in this experience. I feel so sorry for the female who was being harassed. I felt helpless that I could...
