Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in North Charleston

Waited 30 minutes in the line around the building to get to the window and be told they were out of everything except some fried chicken, because it was 30 minutes till closing time. We wanted something other than the fried chicken. It was 9:00 when we arrived. The order speaker wasn't working so you had to drive around to the pickup window to order. Once in line there was no getting out of line. An employee could have came out and told the people that were lining up around the building that the menu was limited due to the time prior to close or took the orders and had them ready at the pick up window or even put a note on the order menu that after 9:30 the menu is limited to only fried chicken etc when you still had time to exit the line. The service wasn't any good at all. I had ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal at the drive thru. I paid went to my friend's house to eat only to find out that I didn't even get the side that I asked for. After driving back to the establishment I had to explain to the employee that I didn't get on my food. After a few looks of disbelief like I was telling a lie or something the manager came in and explain the situation to him. Can you tell his employee to go and get me a massage that I was missing. I thought for sure they would probably give me some different chickens since when was cold by now but no, they gave me my side and my cold chicken and told me to have a good night.
