Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Charleston

This place and management has gone to crap, place an order on their site, tells ya the time is between 45 to possibly and hour and twenty minutes. Wait and wait. Two hours and a half go by nothing. Call and they then say oh well it won't be for another hour... ask to talk to management and she says probably not till closer to midnight. We are stacked and have one driver. Ok if we come in and pick it up, would that get us our order as it was already supposed to be done. Her answer. No. Really domino's? One driver ? No picking it up won't help? Your food has been sub par for a long time at this location. It was a last minute thing and once again...this store fails on all levels. I mean ALL levels. Do better ffs. Ppl pay money for service. Not bs. Just got it!!!! Yay... love food delivered late and cold.

Decided to try Dominos out again. I wasn’t hopeful but I did it anyways. So here I am to tell you!!! I don’t know what they changed but lefit was the best dang order I’ve ever got from them. Ordered a philly cheesesteak pizza with extra cheese on NY crust and used garlic Parmesan as the base!! It came piping hot. Gooey and delicious . Had a pepperoni, spicy sausage, mushroom, olive and jalapeño’s pizza extra bake extra cheese and it didn’t disappoint!!! I don’t have pics because I ate it that fast. There little dough bites were hot crusty outside fluffy inside and the buffalo chicken hit in a god way!!!! What ever your doing my favorite dominos crew!!! Keep doing it!!...

I ordered pizza and got the confirmation code went through. So I got the email receipt, the app sent a notification telling me my pizza was in the oven. I checked back after about 20 minutes and it told me that my order was being looked over to make sure it was right. It said that for about an hour so I called and the guy I talked to said unfortunately they couldn’t deliver to my address and that I would have to come pick it up, he put me on hold and came back and said that he MAY be able to deliver it. I asked what he meant by “May be delivered” and he corrected himself and told me that I would be delivered. I had already paid for the pizza and the delivery tax. He told me he would delete it and that I would have a refund if I decided to pick it up, if I picked it up I could just pay at the store. Another 40 minutes went by so I called back and told them my order never came, they asked for my address and afterwards I was on hold for about 15 minutes. I then got a notification saying that my order had been cancelled which I didn’t do myself, so I went up to the store and told them that it had been canceled without my consent, a lady asked about my pizza and turns out it was sitting in the back the whole time with another thinking it had been delivered. They did cancel out my order and give the pizza to me for free. It was appreciated but the pizza was cold when I received it. I’ve had pizza delivered to me from this store before so I don’t see what the problem was this time. I will definitely not be ordering from this...

Ordered a pizza for delivery tonight. After almost 2 hours, I checked the tracker to see my pizza had been out of the oven for over an hour and was not out for delivery. I called the store and explained my frustration to the manager who explained they are short on drivers for the night. I told her I would be happy to pick the order up if they would just meet me halfway and refund my delivery fee. She refunded my entire order and took it upon herself to make me a fresh pizza since mine had been out of the oven for a while. When I got there to pick up my pizza, every single person there was working hard and were very apologetic about my wait for my order. And I listened to them apologizing to multiple other customers on the phone for the same thing. It’s easy to sit at home and complain about how long it’s taking for your pizza to show up at your door, but walking into that store to pick up my pizza tonight was eye opening. They were slammed. They were working HARD. I have a lot of respect for every single one of the people working there tonight. I know it’s not an easy job, and on busy and short-staffed nights, it’s probably a thankless job as well. So thank you for doing right by me with my order, but mostly for all of your hard work, and for your kindness despite the fact that you were struggling to keep your heads above water tonight. Tonight could have caused me to stop ordering from Dominos altogether, but instead it humbled me a little bit and made me want to continue to support you and your store. Keep it...
