So we came through the drive thru today wanting to get our one child that has food allergies a super simple meal (hot dog no bun, apple sauce and apple juice) I gave the person my order and the lady was like you don't want a bun, I responded yesterday please no bun my child has food allergies, the lady then was like no bun? I again repeated that my child has food allergies so we just need the hotdog no bun. The lady seemed extremely confused about us not wanting a bun because she then questioned my wanting to order a hotdog with no bun. I was confused at that point on how I could more clearly convey that we needed just the hotdog without a bun. We've never had this issue ordering anywhere else so I was confused. Then once we finally got it ordered, it took them 20 minutes ......20 minutes for a bunless hotdog, applesauce and an apple juice. The car behind us had a bigger order then us but got their food first. Which made no sense because a hotdog takes less then a minute to hot, and the applesauce and apple juice and grab and go items. The whole experience was nonsense and the worker seemed lazy and like she didn't even want to be there. I also don't like that I had to let this lady walk off with my card, she walked to the car behind us with our card in her hand, then inside the building and the 5 Minutes later she brought it back. Read moreEntered the Drive Thru with my wife to order 2 large Drinks in the early morning. After waiting over 5 minutes we pulled up to the delivery Zone to try and get some attention. After nearly 5 more minutes of waiting we pulled into a space to attempt again to place our order. Almost 5 minutes after pushing the order button we were finally able to place our drinks in. 10 minutes in we Pushed the order button again to check the status on our sodas. After explaining our wait to the employee over the speaker we were Given a large silence finally Followed by a note that an employee had our drinks ready and was running them out to us. Another employee comes out to our car to apologize for the wait and told us that they are understaffed and doing their best. This really angered me that he came up in a very rude and forceful way with no Simpathy at all. ON TOP OF THAT WE STILL HAD NOT BEEN SERVED OUR DRINKS. Seeing as we have already paid, I requested a refund- denied, and was instead made to wait a couple more minutes. Opon getting our drinks we recieved no polite greeting and was not even issued a reciet. This horrible visit was very much the same expierince we have recieved in the morning time at this store. Read moreI ordered the popcorn BBQ chicken with a medium Oreo blast and I also asked for tater tots as well tonight at 10:43 4/10/22. Upon pulling around to the door to pay for my food I noticed on the receipt the woman only rang me up for the Oreo blast and the popcorn chicken (the woman who rang me up was “529 Trinity “.) I notified the food runner that I asked her for tater tots along with this meal and he took my card and said “he would see what he could do as far as getting it rang up”. Once my food was brought out he said “man I couldn’t get them to ring it up I don’t know what’s going on man we are slow and only have a little bit of people if you want the tater tots I suggest you pull around the drive-through again to order them which I know most likely you won’t do that.” Fast forward I called the number provided on the receipt to speak to the manager on duty and Lord behold it was the same woman who took my order at the drive-thru and when she recognized it was me she hung up the phone in my face so I couldn’t get the problem rectified.. so I just went ahead and proceeded to report the issue to corporate. All of this could’ve been well avoided if she just gave me my tater tots like I asked for in the first place. Hopefully they deal with her accordingly so no one else has to go through this over a small order...
