As a fellow business owner, I truly hate leaving a negative review, but after two failed attempts to have this issue resolved—and no way to contact anyone directly—I feel I have no choice.
I came in around 7pm after a long day and ordered a Pizzabirria with no onions, as I have an allergy. I got home, showered, and settled in to eat a couple hours later—only to find it loaded with onions.
I called and returned to get it corrected, but what I received the second time was extremely disappointing. The replacement meal looked nothing like the original—it was sloppy, undercooked, and poorly assembled. It felt rushed, careless, and not something that should have been served to any customer, especially not after a mistake.
The server did offer to let me keep the first one, and I accepted—thinking it would be great for my husband since we love La Hacienda and order all the time. We’ve always enjoyed the food, so I truly expected the correction to reflect the same quality.
Unfortunately, it didn’t. This was the second time I’ve had the same issue. I let it go the first time because I understand things happen—but to have it happen again, and to receive a lower quality replacement, is frustrating and disappointing.
Whether this happened because the kitchen was closing or not, it still reflects poorly on the business. I expected better, and I hope someone reaches out to make this right.

Read moreThis place has gone down hill so bad. I ordered the la hacienda fajitas which normally come with chicken shrimp, steak, zucchini, mushrooms, squash, peppers and onions. I asked for just the meat, zucchini and mushrooms. They brought me my fajitas, with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots zucchini, squash and mushrooms. This does not even exist on their menu. We checked. our waiter had disappeared so we spoke to a different one and told him of the error. He took my plate back to the kitchen. Our waiter brought back that plate and said I only told him no onions or peppers. Saying I never said only zucchini and mushrooms. I told him that I ordered the la hacienda fajitas and that it doesn't come with all the veggies this plate had. He takes it back and 15 mins later he brings me a plate. IT WAS OBVIOUSLY THE SAME EXACT PLATE. They had just picked out some of what I didn't want because it still had bits of broccoli and cauliflower. We went to speak with the manager who remade the food the way we initially ordered it. But during the entire ordeal, our waiter never refilled our drinks. Never refilled our chips or salsa. Never checked in. Instead he sat in a stool by the host stand and played on his cellphone.

Requests to omit dressing on two orders were forgotten, even after speaking with multiple servers and a manager in advance (due to a lot of confusion with the language barrier) and using Google translate, and when we pointed out the error afterward, manager just replied "yes" and did nothing so we didn't eat that half of both meals. Included refills for soda were not offered or given without specifically asking (each of us had to ask separately) and trying to cash out as 3 couples and a party of 4 was kind of a nightmare and had to be edited a few times and truly never got it right so we had to make it work between us coworkers with cash.
