They have good food, that’s not an issue in my experience. Although… If you happen to pick the “contactless delivery option” including paying online and even add a tip through the website, you’ll be lucky if they comply with the contactless delivery . I ordered food not too many days ago, and picked the contactless order option due to my child sleeping and the fact my dog would bark if someone knocked on the door… I thought the “contactless” was there for a reason and I know it says it on the recipe because I worked as a delivery driver at one point. Anyways, not only did the driver knock on my door, they also rang my doorbell as well. My dog flipped, and my child woke up due to my dog barking. So, that’s super frustrating. I didn’t think I had to give an explanation as to why I marked it contactless, especially when I also added a tip prior when I was paying for it. Honestly if I could, I wouldn’t have tipped what I did due to the lack of care for the request I’d made that was ignored by the knocking AND ringing the door knob. Don’t put that option for someone to request contactless if your workers are going to act as if they can’t take two seconds to read whether they’re supposed to greet the customer and/or just leave it by their door...

The young lady that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me multiple times. The so called "MOD" Victor would not take my issue seriously, and he too hung up on me. When I called back he told me that I was a liar and that they were calling the police while the young lady working the phone laughed on and encouraged him.
I have tried to reach out to multiple people at Jem Restaurant Group, the franchise owners, and I have yet to reach anyone there as well. There are no extensions in the dial by name directory exist.
All this because they got a two-pizza order wrong. If this is how the franchise owner treats customers seeking a resolution, no wonder the store is so jacked up.

Read moreI placed an order online for carryout when I meant to place it for delivery, which is entirely my fault; however, when I tried to contact them to solve the problem, they immediately hung up my first call. The second call I was able to talk to them about changing it, but they said they didn’t deliver to my area, which was fine. The man on the phone did not offer me any other solution to the issue and was just very irritated when I asked him if I could cancel it. He said okay and hung up on me without me being able to ask if I would be refunded, which is a concern to me because I spent $30 plus tip, and showed no etiquette at all. Working in customer service myself, I get plenty annoyed with customers, but it was entirely unreasonable and just plain lazy to not even offer any sort of service to me nor take the time to answer my questions.
