I just went and spent $40+ of stuff and I ordered 3 orders of Nacho fries for my 3 small children and didn't get one order of Nacho cheese sauce. If it wasn't such a far drive & and their food would be cold by the time I got back with sauce, I would go back there and make a big deal out of it. But since it's so far, I'm not even going to waste my time driving 10+ miles to come back to cold food, I'll just make sure I don't never go back to that Taco Bell again. Not to mention she made such a big deal about the fact that I wanted to add an extra drink after my $40+ order I made from there tonight. I wanted to order another separate drink. Because out of my order, there was 2 combos and I assume they came with drinks, which is my fault. I didn't see that they didn't come with drinks, so when I tried to order another drink for my 8yr old, She was sucking her teeth and it was such an inconvenience to her. It was so hard for her to get back on a cash register and ring me up for another soda. But I feel like it was out of spite because I could kind of understand if she missed one out of the 3 orders, but the fact is, she didn't give me none out of all 3 orders. It's just really unprofessional !!! Takes a real scumbag to do something like that to 3 little kids ( ages 8 - 11) especially after I just ordered $40+ plus dollars worth of food from there. Then gave me a hard time about the drink and then to stiff me on all 3 orders of cheese sauce. So I'll make sure I have my kids write reviews too since my 10-year-old, my 8-year-old and my 11-year-old, are the ones who now fet to eat their Nacho fries now without no cheese sauce, which is the biggest & favorite part of the whole thing, and I told them, don't worry about it, they never got to worry about that happening again. Because I'll never go there for anything. I'm gonna make sure I have all 3 of my kids Post some reviews on Facebook about it right now. Make sure I specifically name that store...
Read moreI love Mexican pizza made my way of course. (Minus beans, extra meat and cheese) Mom goes for her soft taco supreme. Our visit was between shifts and food was timely. Mom n I crackles as we saw the new order kiosks...we wondered how or why this is useful when the sign outside is so faded, you would have to use your imagination and hope to be open. Gratefully it was! I will also have to share the sad news of an employee, whom came to work for her SET SCHEDULE, to be greeted by the MOD, " Ya know you aren't working today ", employee seemed surprised of a schedule change she was not informed of ... MOD blames another and to take it up with the other and they were cutting back her hours! I felt bad as there was no option for her, even the other employees forewarned MOD of their acknowledgement of her working the shift as normal. The employee proceeded to maybe check the schedule and the peacefully exited..she did have the calamity I probably wouldn't have. I hope she is well. As far as the management goes...they need some training on ...not initiating personal employee issues while at the front of the house especially on the customer dining room floor. This MOD must have control issues or she wouldn't have hurried to the phone to call the boss. Oh wait the MOD did have time to tell an employee..don't spill that...instated of offering assistance or a don't break your back method of carrying 5+gallons of tea to the drive thru station from the back of the house. The staff seems too comfortable with the intimidating barking this MOD displays. I to would have rolled my eyes if one barks an obvious concern. I probably may thought about dropping the tea all over the floor, but I wouldn't want my colleagues to have the task of cleaning. Great employees led by horrible management...
Read moreWhen I walked in around 3pm on a Tuesday, there was not one guest in the dining room. The employees were terribly rude from the first second that I entered. I was there to get 2 cups of water as it was hot that day. One employee, I believe he was the manager, did see me as I stood at the counter waiting to be greeted because he made eye contact with me. He never said hello, hi, welcome, none of that. He just yelled from behind the taco making station, âgo to the kiosk on the wallâ I apologize sir, Iâm here for 2 cups of water. By this time, 2 other guest had entered the building and were standing behind me. They needed to use the restroom and the âmanagerâ had to come from behind the counter and unlock the restroom door. When the guest finished in the restroom, I wanted to go in and use it before I left. I didnât realize the door locked once it was shut and so I then had to ask to use the restroom and the âmanagerâ would have to again come and unlock the door. Apparently this did not sit well with him because he then began mumbling, whispering to his fellow employees who were out of eyesight for us (the guest). What I could make out was â man, she gonna have to wait, I know she saw me just come and unlock the door, she should have said something thenâŠ.â Following his rudeness, a young lady comes from behind the counter and says âwe are making food youâll have to waitâ I have been in the food and beverage industry for 25+ years and never have I ever treated a guest this way. It was the rudest thing Iâve experienced in sometime. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are several other places to eat right in the same area. Do not waste your time. You can make better tacos at home, Iâm sure of...
