This is one of those, "i shouldve read the reveiws first moments" Im not one for complaining unless the service is absolutely terrible. So here is a little story about my TERRIBLE service this evening...My order, small and simple, 3 boxes, 2 drinks, i received 2 boxes and 1 drink, after it sitting under the heat lamp for at least half an hr. Granted, it was delivered by its "approximation time".About that, the driver, a bit incompetent. Let me explain, I was waiting with my car in the driveway, porch light on, and door wide open..what does my driver do? Pulls into my neighbors home across the street, no car in the driveway, no lights on in the house, and no one answering the door. After 5 to 10 min of this person standing on their porch (which i assume has numbers on the house much like mine, but dont quote me on that) decides to call me and tell me she has arrived. I then, somewhat nicely, tell her she is not at the right home. She walks across the street and hands me 1 drink (if you've read the above you'll remember I ordered TWO) and opens the bag to reveal one box (again check above there should be THREE) I tell her it's not mine, she looks confused, bewildered, almost hurt that i would reject food. Proceeds to walk across the street, pizza box in one hand, bag in the other (unsanitary, mind you) comes back with another bag that has 3 boxes, but one of them is not mine, yet again. So at this point im missing 2 items, after waiting the amount of time i did, NOW I was a bit irritated, but still trying to be polite. I circled what I thought i was missing (turns out it was the other thing, my mistake). Once I realized my mistake I tried CALLING (terrible, terrible thing to do). I was put on hold. Ok. I waited 10 min. Hung up. Called back. They attempted to put me on hold yet again and I proceeded to tell her my dilemma, she asked if I wanted to talk to a manager, I said please. On hold...for another 10 minites. Hang up. Call back, this time I threw the B**CH card down and said no I will not be put on hold the matter is kind of urgent. He complied. Yet, I still had to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get food that should've been brought to me in the first place. Hmmm...but the story does NOT end there folks, 40 minutes later, they call me back to inform me that my driver is coming back with the mistaken item I told her I was missing, this was AFTER i spent half an hour calling them, trying to AVOID this problem! And after all this they try to butter me up extras, granted that's a huge plus, the other stuff still must be stated. People make mistakes, they make up for them and more, but you're suppose to be a good place to go with good service the first go around.
Moving on to the food itself... while the order was MADE the way it was suppose to be (kudos to your line people) the cheese, you could tell had been sitting awhile, kinda "dried out" (like under a heat lamp for 30 minutes...yummm insert disgusted smile and sarcastic thumbs up here... and that is it...the extras were fresh, but it wasnt the main part.
Moving on...This woman was going to get an exceptional tip, like close to 50% of the whole order cost (b/c I understand the food&bev world hardships), but she walked away with under 10% (and seemed surprised) The fact that it took 2 HOURS to get my food correct is completely UNEXCEPTIONAL. If we had been at any kind of dine in restaurant, I probably would have walked out. I will NEVER order from this location EVER again. I WILL be getting DOMINOS, not only are they faster, their people have ALWAYS had everything the FIRST time AND been polite the WHOLE time. Read this as a WARNING people. If you are craving Papa Johns Pizza so badly, either try another location or save 3$ and pick it up yourself! That way it is "guaranteed" to be "fresh" and not dried out. And you won't be waiting until AFTER the kids (which is who i bought pizza for in the first place) are in bed to get ALL of your food! I'm very disappointed and very ashamed to say that I use to work for this company...
Read moreThis store has definitely gone downhill. I went to pick up an order I created online. The guy at the front was on the phone and kept his head down and didn't greet anyone. Then a guy a who was making pizzas came to the front and instead of greeting anyone he proceeds to walk to the drink machine and grabs a drink and opens it. Turns around and walks in the back while drinking it. A female employee walks up to the front and starts talking to the guy on the phone (again, without acknowleding anyone). She then walks off. The guy on the phone gets puts the phone down and starts talking to the other employees. When he finishes talking he told me he would be right with me (about 7 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone). The whole time, I can see my order waiting to be handed to me.
Two more employees walk out the back, an older lady and a younger guy. They younger guy starts making what seems to be a personal pizza for himself. The lady starts grabbing boxes and placing them behind the register. The employees walk around without greeting anyone or saying anything. Finally, the guy gets off the phone and asks the name for the order. He grabs my order and passes it to me.
While waiting I noticed pizza boxes standing edge down on the floor. This is very unsanitary. There was a fly landing on the pans and the employees didn't bother to swat at it or anything. They just grabbed the pan (the fly would then fly away) and put the crust on without a care.
The only reason we went here is because my wife loves Papa Johns. After that experience we will not eat here anymore. I will continue with Dominos where the pizza is cheaper, people are friendlier, and faster.

Read moreI have been going to this papa Johns for quite sometime now since it’s so close to home and I can say I’m quite disappointed in the way this organization operates. Each employee at this papa Johns must hate their job. I never have had good customer service and I’m just over it at this point and wanted other people to know about this specific location. The manager has no idea what’s going on he seems out of it and improperly trained. Everyone is laughing and cutting up in the back, so it makes the person on the phone hard to hear or interpret wrong order information AND cause the customer to get aggravated because they have repeated the order several times( this is what happened tonight). I waited on hold for 17 minutes and was hung up on twice while holding. I ordered a medium pizza with half the pizza pepperoni and jalapeño peppers the other half plain cheese and we got 8 hot wings. The manager MANAGER... mind you rang up everything and it came to $27 and some change. I just did the math on my app and it came out to $21.08...... also not to mention while on the phone placing my order for CARRY OUT I was asked for my entire card info. I simply told him I could pay once I got there. He said oh yeah ok.. 10/10 do not recommend to friends or family. This is the worst papa Johns I have...
