I came back from work one night and noticed this food truck next door in the Scotchman parking lot. Curious what type of food they served, I made my way over. It was a bit awkward to order but since then, I've noticed that their truck has gotten a vinyl wrap installed, so hopefully the menu items are easier to see. The children were running the register, which made it even harder to conduct business, cause the generator was terribly loud and I couldn't hear what the price was. Good thing I had a $10 bill. All in all the best Gyro I've had in a long time. I actually missed these guys and wished they would come back. We had our wedding this past weekend and want to give a HUGE thumbs up to Zimos Gyro Food Truck.
Leading up to our big day we had several interactions and the owner did a phenomenal job at being flexible and working with my requests. Very pleasant interaction.
The day of our wedding they fed over 65 persons in about an hour. EVERYONE loved what they had. And this wasn't an easy group to please. We had religious food restrictions, allergies and even vegetarians. They were happy to work with any request.
