I came here one day because I wanted some fried crabs 🦀 and they were very good fried really well nice and fresh however the reason for my 2 star rating is because I went back a few days later for some more fried crabs because they had tasted so good the first time the 2nd round was not got crab tasted spoiled or something the meat had a funny odor and taste I though well maybe it's just that 1 crab so I threw that one away and started on the 2nd crab I had and it had that same funny taste so I broke it in half to get to the meat and I smelled it awful awful smell not sure what was the reason but I haven't been back there since the staff was very polite both times I was there and the fried shrimp is really good potatoe salad is ok but the relish in the potato salad is...

Ten gold stars if possible. I took my wife to get blue crabs she ordered online. I’m not going to write a novel about the great service she received. But I will say this, DC, Maryland or Virginia……FAMILY SEAFOOD IS #1. First of ordering online is very simple. Next, you are only getting fresh steamed blue crabs cooked on your way there. The only mistake my wife made was only ordering 1/2 dozen. Yes she ordered a 2 piece fried whiting that was gone in less than 5 minutes.The crabs was everything she expected and more. All I can say is thank you for the hospitality and great seafood. We enjoyed Charleston and will be back. Fresh cooked food is hard to get the further away from the Carolinas. Stay blessed .

I came in on Friday to place an order for fried crabs (2). Everyone greeted me and was very pleasant. The place looks extremely nice inside compare to what it use to be when it was “Charlie Brown Seafood”. It was only me and one other customer. When I was told, “Give it a few minutes.” I expected 15 minutes at the most. I had just got off and was ready to go home. 50 minutes went by before I got my food. I wanted to cry. I was so tired. I live right around the corner so I got home and was like, “I wonder if it’s always like that. Sheeeesh.” When I took my crabs out I noticed they gave me two extra crabs. The crabs were so good.
