I recently had an experience at Arby's that left me disappointed and frustrated. This Incident occurred 6/22/23 @3:00pm at the Arby’s located at 2539 Greenbay rd North Chicago, Illinois 60064. RDS-01397 Miracle. I believe it is important to share my feedback in order to help the company improve its overall service.
First and foremost, the customer service I received was below my expectations. The employee I encountered seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me. When I requested additional cheese for my sandwiches, I was met with refusal and a lack of empathy. This type of attitude is not representative of good customer service.
Furthermore, when I asked for a refund due to the unsatisfactory experience, I was denied without any valid explanation. This only added to my frustration and made the situation even more unpleasant.
It is unfortunate that this incident escalated to the point where the involvement of the police was necessary. This suggests a serious breakdown in communication and conflict resolution within the establishment.
However, I do appreciate that Arby's has various channels for customers to provide feedback. This shows that they value their customers' opinions and are open to improving their service. I hope that by sharing my experience, the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.
In conclusion, my recent encounter at Arby's left much to be desired in terms of customer service. I urge the company to address the issues mentioned in this review and take the appropriate actions to prevent such incidents from happening again. By doing so, Arby's can create a more positive and enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

Read moreI had the weirdest experience I've ever had at this Arby's a few weeks ago. The man, Ernesto i believe, couldn't seem to comprehend my order, so he asked me to pull up to the window. Then, he proceeds to ask me- "So are you planning on paying for this?" Like...what? I stared at him with utter confusion. The hell? Throughout the order, he kept looking around very nervously, sticking his head out the window, and kept audibly sighing, like his time was being wasted on me. Then, when all is said and done, he tells me my order is almost $100. For FOUR people, roast beef sandwiches. It was OBSURD. I told him absolutely not, he must be wrong. But clumsily repeated my order back in the most confusing, jumbled manner imagineable. I understood then why he asked if i was planning on paying for my order. I told him to cancel my order and I drove away, absolutely shocked at what had just happened. I then placed an order on Door Dash through a FURTHER located Arby's. 30 freaking dollars CHEAPER. Nothing special about the layout or atmosphere. I guess, it really isn't necessary to have a tremendous atmosphere at Arby's. Most people just go to the drive-thru! But as I went inside, the interior was extremely clean even the bathrooms! That shows some pride.
Their Waygu burgers are very good, of course (My personal choice) I would leave off the burger sauce, the flavor and natural juiciness of the Beef, tomatoes, onion and lettuce are delicious on its own...🤩. Their curly fries are good, and if you eat in, the soda machine is in the seating area. So you can get your own refill.
