⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must-Visit Gem in North East, PA!

We came to Pennsylvania from Illinois for a long weekend to visit family and stumbled upon The Toast Lounge and Eatery—what an incredible find! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Dawn greeted us like old friends and instantly made us feel at home. She went above and beyond, not only with her hospitality but also by sharing her local recommendations, which really helped us make the most of our trip.

The food? Absolutely delicious. Each breakfast was perfectly portioned, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We were so impressed after the first visit that we came back all three mornings of our trip. A standout highlight was the house-made hot sauce—seriously, don’t leave without trying it!

Fantastic little spot to get some great tasting food. There is limited seating and the environment leaves a little something to be desired, but whatever deficiency is here is made up for with some really tasty food! The bread pudding (breakfast pot pie) tasted amazing and was the highlight of the meal- keep in mind there is limited quantities of these and they seem to go fast according to our server. Options on the menu are varied and there's something for every palate. I personally got the Bacon Jam Sammie which was very flavorful and a great sized portion for the price. Locally live in North East and this was my first time dining here. I've been to plenty of local and family owned restaurants and this one is the icing on the cake. The seating area is beautiful and welcoming. The staff were fantastic. The owner Dawn is a warm and welcoming person, and really made the experience for me.
