Stopped at the new store today to try some cookies. Besides the chocolate chip, I tried 3 of this week's flavors: mint brownie, sea salt toffee, & peanut butter cookies & cream. I loved the chocolate chip & sea salt toffee the most. The peanut butter cookies & cream is good, but I don't like a chocolate cookie dough. If you love chocolate & peanut butter together then this cookie is a must try. The mint brownie is another chocolate cookie, but I like mint chocolate chip ice cream so I gave it a try. I don't like the sweetness of the mint frosting. It was too sweet for me & it was just an odd combination with the cool sensation of the mint. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I'll be straight forward about the cookies here... I'm not a big fan. My family seems to love the big, chunky, cakey, undercooked cookie dough that Crumbl uses as the basis for many of it's flavors. The flavor of their base doughs are really lacking to me, tasting more like playdough than a cookie. But people seem to love it, so I'm obviously in the minority. I prefer a cookie that is far flatter, with a bit of a crunch on the outer edge and a bit of soft chew towards the center. These aren't that. They're more like small, dense cakes lacking flavor in the batter. Some of the toppings are very well done and make up for the sub-par cookie underneath it all. I bumped the service down a couple notches because of my most recent pickup for Valentine's Day. First off, avoid the giftwrapping as it consists off a small round sticker. (See photo) Definitely not worth the cost. Secondly, the box they gave me was obviously ripped. (See photo) Not a huge deal, but kinda lame as this is a Valentine's gift. Also worth mentioning is when I used the app to order, it placed a minimum tip of $2 on my order of 4 cookies. There was no way to reduce the tip or remove it. You could only increase the tip. That's an automatic 15% markup on every 4 pack they sell.

Wow Disappointing First Experience at Crumbl Cookie.I was excited to finally try Crumbl Cookie, especially since I love chocolate chip cookies. I ordered the six-cookie deal for $16.99, expecting a great experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The biggest issue? The cookies were way too salty—so much so that you could literally see the salt on top. I’m not sure why they used that much, but it completely overpowered the sweetness and made the cookies almost inedible. I’ve had plenty of chocolate chip cookies in my life, and this was by far the saltiest one.For the price, I expected much better. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be coming back. Worst cookie experience ever!

Didn't even know they built this til a coworker told me lol. Def need more room in the store lol. Pretty busy when I walked in. Mainly online orders waiting to pick up. I ordered there, I didn't know you could online, and waited roughly 20 min. Cookies are really good. They were out of 2 kinds of the cookies I was going to order but it is a new place and I imagine product was moving fast. Pretty pricey in my opinion, 23 dollars for 6 cookies. But they are decently big and smelled/tasted really good. Definitely going back to try again. They have an app with a reward system and you can order ahead. Not sure but I believe I heard they change our cookie types weekly.

We tried to go yesterday and the line was around the entire building! I'm glad we were able to get in today fairly quickly, it took about 20 minutes total. They have a ton of staff so it moves pretty quick, and even though they were out of some flavors we were excited to try them! I was also concerned once I learned the prices, but after eating the cookie and seeing how big they are, it's worth it! The chocolate chip was crunchy yet chewy and warm. The Oreo was very good and the pink sugar was a bit too sweet for my tastes but still very good if you like a sweeter cookie! I can't wait to see what other flavors come up!

God teir cookies, honestly. If there were cookies in heaven, this is them. If your Crumbl isn't making them right, contact them & they take care of it. I love that they change every week! Gives you something new to try & as a Diabetic I can only eat ¼ a day, but they're so big & it's something my husband & kids do together. We try every cookie (one day bc they are fresh for days!) & talk about which ones are our favorite, better than the week before, rank our cookies... it's fun!
