The Big Mac Musuem location gets 3 stars instead of 2 because of the playroom. The food there never seems fresh. The only friendly employee is the elderly lady who works during the day. The rest ignore you. This place is always dirty and forget the drive thru. The drive thru line is usually a half hour long and they'll forget parts of your order so you always have to check the bag before you leave. The last few times I took my 6 year old to get a Happy Meal because he was collecting the toys and every time they were out of them, weeks apart. And each time they gave him the same Wonder Woman toy.

On our last visit, the doors were locked at 7:10. No note, no explanation. This was really upsetting to an autistic child who was looking forward to this special treat all day. Then we went through the dreaded drive thru to be told they're out of fries. How does McDonald's run out of fries?? On a Monday evening???

So with a crying, hungry, disappointed child, we went a few miles up the road to another McDonald's and had a WONDERFUL experience with very pleasant employees, a clean dining room and...

This McDonald's should not even be opened. The franchises who own this should just fire themselves. If you go through drive through plan on a 1 hr wait time because the employees are so incompetent they probably can't even tie there own shoes in the morning. Then after your long wait time be prepared for your order to be completely wrong. They stand around chit chatting with each other they have no incentive on hurrying up , I'm mean seriously it is a fast food restaurant not a slow food restaurant. This place is one hot mess. As you can see the owners and or managers don't respond to any reviews good or bad because they are so lazy to take a few minutes to do so. We will never go to this hot mess of a place ever again. We have seen countless times people backing up and out of the drive through because they were tired of sitting there and the line not moving for long periods of time. Even if you go into this place it's slow, the tables are always dirty as to where you can't sit down to even eat. The McDonald's in Willkinsburg or a high crime area would probably be better than this hot...
