#1 Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Employee that takes the phone in orders and also cashiers was very obnoxious and does not listen well on the phone while taking your order. We had to repeat at least 3 times before the cashier understood our order. Her voice is so high pitched and very loud - she sounds like a ten year old taking an order and learning English . Terrible service- my wife ended up hanging up on her and going straight down to the store to place the order instead of delivery. We have been buying from this location for over 9 years- since we bought our new home. There are other locations we can go to, but choose this location because in all the years we been going and buying from them, they’ve been great til they hired this lady to answer the calls and cashier. We asked for the manager while on the call to order take out- she replied there’s no manager. When we went down to order in the store the same time, she stated she was the manager?? Hmm…. Liars on top of bad service ? On top of this- the lady told us never to return - really ??...

Buyer beware!!! This place has raised their prices and the food quality has gone down. Every time we order, the food prices go up. This time it was about $16 for a meat seafood combo #1. A year ago this same box was about $10-11.

They are skimping on Mahi mahi (the pieces are the size of fish stick) and they are way over cooking the shrimp or maybe their oil needs changing. Something about the shrimp tastes burnt. They used to give you a delicious teriyaki sauce with every order. It was a tiny little cup but it tied the whole meal together. Now they claim you get no sauces and they stopped serving the teriyaki. It’s sad that their quality has gone down along with the price gouging. I will be traveling somewhere else for my next Hawaiian experience.

Let me tell you about this rinky-dinky Hawaiian restaurant. First I called the place the order for delivery . As I’m placing my order in getting ready to pay for it by phone they say They don’t take payments over the phone🤷🏽‍♀️🤔. Basically you shouldn’t be in business if you can’t take credit card or debit payments by phone ,I never heard of this. So I told them will cancel the order because I only have my card. But check this out they still place the order and deliver it at my house and expect me to pay for it with cash.. I didn’t have any money on me because I was at work and I was ordering the food for my son. When he got out of school. When I tried to call someone about Their mistake they put me on block or kept hanging up in my face🤦🏾‍♀️. Believe me there’s other better Hawaiian restaurants than you...
