KFC — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This was an all around bad experience while on a very long drive. We ordered 3 meals to go, all chicken fingers. And 3 drinks. We pulled away to get back on the road. One of the drinks was slightly over half full. The order with extra pickles needed more pickles and we were not given any sauce for the tenders. Only one person had taken a bite of a thin rubbery "tender" and it was hard to chew. So we knew that we would have to go back and order a ten piece tender box. It only got worse from there. When we walked in the lady was super rude. We politely asked for more "extra" pickles. She refused. We asked if there was a charge for extra if so we would pay. She said that there was no charge but she already gave her 5 extra tiny pickle slices...she asked for a few more... again the woman refused to give a few more pickles. Really craving the pickles she offered again to pay for a few more. she asked once again... finally success *she was given 2 more tiny pickle slices. We didn't complain about the small rubbery chicken tenders since KFC was not in any mood to offer customer service...so we just ordered a ten pack...again no sauce when we got back into the car. One of us ran back in to get some ranch dressing and the woman gave us one (grudgingly) for 10 chicken tenders and 3 people. Will we ever stop there again? NO! I will be telling all of my friends and family that frequent that area to steer clear. Disgusting. I have eaten at KFC many many times...if this is a new policy I may...

Horrible customer service! I’m not sure what the point of online ordering is when they’re just going to bump your ticket and prioritize drive thru and in store orders. I waited over 30 minutes for 5 chicken littles when people who walked in after me and ordered meals were served within minutes. No hold up on the drive thru either. All of those orders were definitely handled before mine. They were aware that I was in store 8 minutes prior to the time that my order was promised to be ready in the app. I was being patient as I only saw 2 workers but when they started fulfilling everyone else’s orders were within minutes and disregarding mine, I was upset and didn’t want to wait. I attempted to cancel my order but since they had prematurely bumped my ticket at 2:22 without making my food, it closed my order leaving me unable to cancel for a refund in the app. Contacting customer service is no use either- they can’t refund anything, you have to do it yourself but the order has to be open. So be store deliberately bumps your order and closes your ticket forcing you to wait because you have no therapy option. When I finally received my order I nicely asked for specific sauces even though I was highly irritated. The last threw a few in there and walked away. My manners were out the door at that time so I helped myself to sauce in order to avoid waiting another 10 minutes for condiments/something I had already asked for. This was the worst KFC ever. I will never go here again. The food was not the problem it was the service. How do they even allow their workers to be so disrespectful. First they messed up my order and I was on my lunch break and had to go back through the drive thru to tell them about their mistake, which I was nice about even though I was wasting my lunch dealing with their mistake. Then I pulled on the side of another driver at the window just to grab my biscuit when the girl yells out after she gives it next time wait! Excuse me I said? She said she pointing to the lady inside? (Who I never seen or heard) said next time to wait. I said well next time please don’t get my order wrong and I won’t have to wait, which I was nice about! And she shut me up with her hand and said bye have a nice day rudely like trying to get rid of me. BAD SERVICE! My co workers warned me about this shady place, but I tried to give them a chance and they did the same thing to me as they did them. I never like to give bad reviews, but this was unacceptable and everyone needs to know NOT to waste your time with this place and go somewhere else. The negative energy coming from them is not worth the food! I never get mad/angry/disturbed, etc., but they seemed to make me come out of character. Never again! I would give them no...
