Millside Tavern — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

There's only 1 good bartender, some friends and I have been going here lately because it's close by but terrible service. Went last night may 6th 2022 and the bartender was a lady with short black hair and glasses. There was 5 of us and came by twice in a hour and a half, she mostly stayed on opposite end of the bar with her friends. Buddy asked 4 times for a players card and still didn't get one when we left. The 2nd time she came by she replaced one friends drink and we said yeah will all take another round it's been an hour what the heck. Never returned with anyone's beer. Constantly dissappearing for long periods of time. The other garbage person is a Hispanic lady, was 10 of us after the Mint 400 and we got a round of food, food was good but she also never ever came by to refill waters, soda and beers, took 2 hours for everyone's food and it all came out at random times in a 30 minute window, we literally finished eating waiting on 2 friends to get there food. Again we were out of drinks for 40 mins, told her twice as she walked by to her friends table to chat, never got us drinks. Again there's only 1 good bartender, a white lady with blonde highlights and pretty. She came by every 5-10 mins to ask if we were good like your suppose to. I'll only come by if she's working, only person that's good at her job. We're definitely gonna try another bar, nice inside here but what...

Millside Tavern — 2 Strikes, I’m Out

I’ve been to Millside Tavern twice. Both times? Terrible.

First visit: Went in with a friend. Did a little gambling, had a drink, figured I’d try the food to get the full vibe. Bartender (a guy) was cool — props to him — but the food? Man, I’ve never tasted anything saltier in my life. I ordered the chicken fried steak, but I couldn’t taste the steak. Or the crust. Or anything else. Just salt. The kind that burns your tongue. It reminded me of my grandfather’s popcorn — the stuff that stings your mouth and makes you question your life choices. I stopped halfway through. Couldn’t finish it.

Second visit: Gave it one more shot. Different day, different bartender (this time a woman). I sat there for 40 minutes. Got one drink. Tried to order food, but she straight-up ignored me the whole time. She was deep in convo with a couple at the other end of the bar like I didn’t exist. Zero service, zero attention.

Bottom line: Cool interior, decent vibe, but the food is brutal and the service is a coin toss at best. Won’t be back. Two...

First I want to say that my fiance loves this place and I used to like it as well. This evening I went into the establishment and was disappointed left and right. When I got in I went to the bathroom to wash my hands came out and the bartenders were in the back for a while. I didn't sit at the bar cause it was pretty much full and I just wanted to sit at one of the side tables. Was about to leave when the manager came out and told her waitress to check with on me. I get it you are busy with your friends at the bar but you should pay attention to other people who come in. Anyway back to it, when I get my order in I guess the waitress wasn't really paying attention cause she missed my fries and when the cook bought me my food I had to ask for it. Skipping the other details I guess the waitress realized I wasn't to happy so she tried to be more attentive. My opinion was it was to late.
