It's always nice to come back. I normally order the "Tampiqueña Dish" its a beef steak skirt topped with bell peppers, caramelized onions, and hot peppersđ¶ïž, it also comes with three sides. 1 Red Cheese Enchilada, Rice and Beans but I substitute the rice and beans for french fries and house side salad. I really like some of their other dishes like "Enchiladas de Mole", "Red Enchiladas" & "SĂĄbana Poblana" but since I take a while to come back and want to have a little of both world's; I end up ordering "La Tampiqueña Dish". Their service is great, the girls (waitresses) are very nice and respectful but it can get very busy, especially on the weekends, so they might take their time to bring food or forget little things like more ketchup, or extra set of utensils. But normally they are very good on their service. The place is always very clean. As far as price, I think now days everywhere is expensive because of inflation but I think cost is very well worth it. Thank you El Cazador for so many...
Read moreIf youâre looking for authentic Mexican food full of flavor and heart, this place is a must! From the moment you walk in, youâre greeted with warm hospitality and the vibrant aroma of freshly prepared dishes. The tacos were outstanding freshly made tortillas, perfectly seasoned meats, and all the right toppings. The guacamole was creamy and packed with flavor, clearly made to order. I also loved the enchiladas, which had just the right balance of spice and richness. What really stood out was the attention to detail: every plate came out beautifully presented, and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Whether youâre going for a casual lunch, dinner with family, or a night out with friends, this restaurant is the perfect spot. Truly one of the best Mexican dining experiences Iâve had canât wait to go...
Read moreWe enjoyed the food on our half a dozen visits. I originally gave them 5 stars. So, this is an updated review. I cut it open and found the inside of the large pepper very limp, wet and spoiled, with blackened spots partially cut away, and it was full of mold spots! Since the chili peppers are prepared on site, the cook had to see how spoiled and limp it was, plus see the mold inside and out, as he stuffed, breaded and prepared it. Also, the cut-away areas surrounded by black deteriorated pieces of pepper were just too obvious. We...
