I came to this location yesterday around 5:50pm. I wanted to buy a hot coffee and this lady (sascha - drive thru lady) told me they don’t serve hot coffee after 10:30 am. I of course questioned her because I have been to several other Burger King locations and I have received hot coffee from them way after 10:30 am. I had a feeling she was lying and she literally told me three different lies when I would question her !!!! I stayed quiet and just paid for everything else I ordered... as I left I called the Burger King number and was told that Burger King here in Nevada is supposed to serve hot coffee all day that there isn’t only a specific time !! I went back that same hour and went back to the drive thru and let SASCHA know what I was told... she says, “in that case, I’ll be more than happy to brew some coffee for u” I told her that I didn’t want to order one for that day anymore and that I just wanted to let her know what I was told just so she could be aware of that. On to today, I went to that same location because I thought if I ordered hot coffee, I would receive hot coffee finally ...... so I requested hot coffee and SASCHA sounded nervous this time and was all stuttering saying the same thing all over again (we don’t serve hot coffee at this time.....) I repeat what I had told her yesterday about Burger King letting me know it’s an all day thing.... so she said she would make it..... so I received my hot coffee tonight.. I checked inside the coffee cup when I left and it had some weird small thing in it ... I don’t know if she put it on purpose or if maybe it was because maybe the cup is old? Maybe the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned in a while???? I’m not sure but, I didn’t drink the coffee just in case.... honestly it’s very disappointing not even feeing comfortable about the product they give me or about ordering and then being told a lie just because she(or them) is/are lazy..... idk if she just likes lying or if it’s a manager or lead issue and they all agree to lie to the customers ??? At the end of the day I don’t think this is ok. The employee gets paid to do what the company stands for right? So I don’t understand where this laziness and lies are...
Read moreWhen I approached the counter with my receipt for a previous survey completed, the cashier looked at the receipt, then looked at me and told me the receipt was upside down. I encouraged her to take the receipt and flip it right side up so she could read it. Unaware of how to process the receipt for survey completed, she requested the assistance from another staff member who approaches the register and is just as rude as the previous cashier. While I'm waiting for my food, I am unable to find a clean table. I had to wipe down my table so that it would be clean enough to eat on. I moved to another table that was closer to a wall charge in order to charge my phone in order to complete this survey as soon as possible while everything was fresh in my mind. This table was also filthy and needed to be wiped down as well. I wasn't aware that I had to work for BK and pay for my food before ordering. While doing so, a security guard from Securitas who is half my age interrupts my meal not once but twice to tell me I can't use the outlet in order to charge my phone. This is one of the filthiest restaurants I've been into. There were no straws near the fountain, and most of the fountain drinks were out of service. I considered walking to another restaurant while getting my car serviced at the PepBoys next door, and after this experience I should have never went against my better judgement. I will never return to this BK nor will encourage any self-respecting...
Read moreWhere do I begin.. Last night I ordered one medium double whopper meal with cheese, no onions and no pickles. My girlfriend ordered one chicken medium sandwich meal. We tried to get our drinks and the coca-cola machine wasnt working. Fine. We asked the cashier if she can serve us our drinks and she did. However, as I was waiting to be attended for my drinks, a man walked in complaining because he said he was in the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes for his 10 piece chicken nuggets. After that my girlfriend and I waited about 30 minutes just to get our meal. To top it off, I was given a whopper with no onions and no pickles. I went back to complain.. Then I was given my Double whopper with onions after I clearly stated I did not want onions. And Of Course, my meal was cold. At this point I was just completely mad. On Top Of Everything, a older couple with their son orderd a meal for each and one kids meal. They also waited about 30 minutes for their food. They gave him his wife's meal, his son a kids meal as he ordered, and another kids meal. So he had to go return that extra for his meal. That was Three customers In A Row. Absolutely hated it. They will not see me around anymore, which is one less customer. Very Poor service. Save yourself a headache and just go to Jack In The Box next door or dont even...
