WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Don't even want to give her 1 star but it wouldn't allow me to post this review without doing it : (
Owner Lilliana Guzman sold us a 450.00 vanity and it was wrapped tightly in plastic (we thought this was to protect it since it appeared to be very nice). She didn't give us a receipt because we paid with zelle and she said since we didn't pay taxes she didn't give me a receipt. I called her 3 days ago and told her about the damage to the vanity and drawers weren't working properly and asked if we could come and get a store credit or exchange it and she said NO. She added that they only have a 3 day return policy which obviously we didn't know because we didn't get a receipt. She wouldn't work out anything at all with us so I told her we'd come in person and call the police and they'll decide who was in the wrong and she said go ahead be my guest. I will be going there this week to do that and I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to notify them of her unethical/uncaring response to us. My husband and I flip houses and always give all the local liquidator shops our business but NOT HER store anymore. DO NOT buy from her- some people should NOT be working in a customer service industry!

Read moreI seldom give reviews however, I need to share my experience with them. I found a faucet that I really liked. I went in to buy it. I took my "handyman" with me. The faucet didn't come with the "how to install " paperwork and missing hoses (that my "handyman" said he had). They were honest about everything . When we got home my "handyman" said it was too complicated without the instructions. Again, my handyman wasn't honest, the business was great. I took back the faucet and was store credit. Which I personally like. Have you seen what they have in there? Well, if you haven't, its time to go check them out. The Lady at the register is so pleasant . Really wants to make customers happy. The worker, Elvira, has got to be the happiest person I've met lately. I mean overall my experience was great. And I mean great. I'm going there...
Read moreAvoid this place at all cost. Found an item on OfferUp and sent them a message. Told me they have it. I take my lunch time and drive to this place just to be told that they cant find the item. I leave my phone number and message them on OfferUp to let them know what happen. I get a response that they will ask the coworker that put the item away and let me know. 2 hrs later I get a message that they found it. I tell them i'm on my way and if they can hold it. They replied yes and about in a minute later they say it's been sold. I ask why would they do this after all I wasted my lunch time and then they promised that they would hold it. The response.... The owners decision sorry
