Don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location. I came in to receive a valid contact lens prescription and that was it. The doctor and the ladies up front were nice and respectful. As soon as I get finished with my exam I head over to a guy who is trying to sell me contacts. He was very pushy on trying to sell me a year supply of contacts but I kindly declined because it was out of my budget right now. When I declined his whole demeanor changed and he was very short and dramatically sighing. As if he was upset I couldn’t afford a year supply of contacts right now. Went to this location today with my husband. Cynthia did our intake and she was great! She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Suk was very honest and explained his answers. Ashley helped us with our glasses and she was so sweet and helpful. They made this experience seamless and fast! The only awkard part was when another employee came in during my intake. She had pink hair, tattoos, and did not introduce herself nor explain why she was there. She was hovering and reading all my information. Highly recommend!!!!! I came in for a check up and new glasses. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Motola really cares about his patients and it shows. For $44 (optional) you can get eye scans that replace those awful eye dilation drops. Totally worth it. I came early and looked at glasses with Madeline before my appointment. She helped me find the perfect glasses to replace my ray bans that recently broke and took my measurements. After my appointment, she was assisting another customer and Adrian helped me.
